Panoramic View Hotel Lalibela has a great location and superb views! The rooms are clean, and the food and service are excellent. The highlight of my stay was definitely my private tour with Mequanint — the best tour guide in Lalibela! He showed me around the 11 rock-hewn churches in just two hours — a new Guinness World Record in the 8th Wonders of the World! I strongly recommend both the hotel and Mequanint as a guide if you visit Lalibela (Ethiopia).

Very cute family, they are amazing hosts and they will help you with everything you need. The room is very comfortable, the food is really good. If you are looking for a place with a reasonably price in Lalibela I truly reccomand this place.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. specially birhanu is great and kind man!!The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to center and lalibela churches the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious! excellent location, very clean, staff were fantastic. The hotelier organised our tuktuk when we left for the bus at 5am, and got our breakfast prepared the night before. They gave really good advice on seeing the churches. The doorman was also really sweet, and made sure we single females were safe! Excellent service and wonderful stay. The view was also perfect overlooking the town and hills.
