The room and facilities were very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly, as you’d expect at a hotel chain. For convenience, we booked to stay out of town so we could park our car. Great to sit and have a drink in the common area. Would recommend.

Hotel has a great vibe, a lovely bar and restaurant and very comfortable bedrooms. It’s clear the owners are investing and overall we had a super stay. A lot of thought has gone into the hotel, the hotel operation is spot on, and some nice touches. Our first stay but we will be back in future.

    This hotel was well located 90 mnutes from Calais at the intersection of the A1/A26 on the Route Nationale; Once within the courtyard the parking area was well defined. The staff on reception were welcoming and efficient. As we had our dog with us special provision was made, using a room designed with a pet in mind with the clever use of tiles on entry. The shower room was spacious and well layed out; The bed and pillows wre especially comfortable. The dinner at night was of a high standard and the breakfast more than sufficient for the day ahead. The management on departure were charming and displayed the leadership qualities which were reflected through the accomodation. We have no hesitation in commending this hotel. We are sure to be visiting again.

    Good access- close to major roads so not a huge detour if you're passing through the area. The building itself is surrounded by lovely gardens ,so very peaceful with easy parking outside. Owners are extremely communicative and personable. Room is spacious, clean, luminous and well appointed. Only a few rooms so very quiet.

    The petite house is wonderfully charming and immaculately clean! The shower is particularly delightful. The location is superb; I walked from the train station in just 13 minutes. The owner, incredibly friendly, graciously lent me a bike for the duration of my stay, making it absolutely perfect!

    Extremely pleasant town with a plethora of decent coffee shops, restaurants and shops to browse. The beautiful Grand’ Place a delight during the day & night brings a different vibe. The War museum being home the tragedies during the war and a very humbling experience 🫤….. Arras felt safe in the evening & shops remaining open for a post dinner mooch ..😀 I will return …!!

    I liked the easy access to the train which connected me to the various places like Lille. The people were friendly, the city felt safe and was nice and quiet. I was able to go to Vimy Ridge and Beaumont-Hamel with the help of a friendly Uber driver.

    This hotel is located in a "commercial park", ie. lots of car companies and commercial premises, a Carrefour supermarket nearby,, so actually very quiet at night. Perfect for a stop over as near motorways, and obviously popular with work people.

    A nice city .

    A nice city .That has an amazing market that has been in operation for hundreds of years . Be sure to visit the wellington Tunnels ,not expensive and this was a fascinating tour into WW1 and the role NZ played .

    Saint-Laurent-Blangy is a pleasant walk to Arras centre which can be either on pavement or, as we did, along the canal side. Arras has a lovely centre where the bars and restaurants seem to be mainly located and was worth the visit.

    Lovely town with a lot of history.

    Lovely town with a lot of history. The tour of the Boves under the tourist information is well worth a visit. We have visited Arras before and never knew they were there! Very friendly people. Parking in the Grand Place is very handy but quite expensive, 20 euros for 24 hrs, but there is also free parking about 10 mins walk away from the centre.

    Great price,good choice for breakfast,very clean,quiet, we were on the car park side away from the road,it's quite a walk to the town for a meal or a drink &reception wouldn't sell anything after 9pm so bring some beer or wine with you,there are benches outside the entrance if it's hot weather
