Everything is perfect at this hotel. Design is very beautiful. Staff is very professional, but friendly at the mean time. Very good food quality. The building is exceptional. Nice terrasse for a drink. Rooms very comfortable. Bathrooms are brand new. Very nice little pool as well.

Very pleased! The small hotel is newly owned by a young family who have worked in the hotel industry for years. Aragon is a quaint little village. We enjoyed exploring the village and the surrounding area. The meals in their restaurant were all excellent. Our room was lovely and had a great view of the valley. The internet was good. The owners were very welcoming and spoke English.

The surroundings are so beautiful, you are always around wine grapes, I strongly recommend long walks, where you will find hidden gems to take breaks or enjoy the view. The spa is very cozy. The food was delicious at every meal, and the wine tasting is a must-do, as the sommeliers are very knowledgeable and inspiring. Each member of the staff has always a smile and is there to help you.

    Carcassone is a fantastic place even if crowded with tourists. Go early for breakfast at bakery by cathedral. Play ‘how many towers can I get in one shot’ - we did 16. The Roman walls and towers are the ones with horizontal lines of red tiles in the masonry. Wall walk is worth it.

    Lots of interesting bars and restaurants situated on either side of the canal. The cathedral is well worth visiting. There is also Les Halles covered market. A large open market takes place on Sunday around the canal. If you are a fan of Charles Trenet then a visit to his house/Museum is an absolutely must ~ fascinating. It’s within easy walking distance just over the railway line.

    It is a little town with just one attraction as the Barbarosa fortress and the church next to it. And the greatest appeal is Pierre Richard winery 10 minutes away by car. But I absolutely fell in love with the town market, foods, wine and people. Real feeling of how perfect an ordinary town life can be, like a French film became the reality.

    Castelaundry is in the heart of Cassoulet country…we had some fabulous meals in local restaurants. It is also a stepping off point for boats on the MIDI canal. You can walk or bicycle along the paths beside the canal and watch the locks operating. Great place to visit and interesting villages nearby.

    The village was stunning, the people we met were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend Leucate, it has many bars and restaurants, beautiful quaint streets and is surrounded by stunning scenery. It was a perfect stop for us.

    It's not a town if would recommend to visit unless to see family and friends. It has a good market every Wednesday but there not a lot else to recommend. It not historic or attractive to be honest, just a small French town is the best description.

    This is a beautiful sandy beach which slopes gently into the sea. It is ideal if you have small children as entry into the sea is gentle. There are a few restaurants and shops but is one of the quieter resorts.

    It a lovely town with a great square and very good restaurants. Markets are held on Friday morning. We ate at a great tapas bar Steph & Coco, and breakfast at the Boulangerie on the square , both well worth your custom.

    Citadel was outstanding.

    Citadel was outstanding. Rest of Carcassonne pleasant with tree-lined squares and good restaurant facilities. Canal du Midi runs through Carcassonne and is excellent for pretty walks and boat trips. Nearby is Narbonne (short trip by train), well worth a visit for for its historical sites and cafes/restaurants. Also pretty.
