- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.2Good - What previous guests thought, 17 reviewsWe were a family of 18 in three rooms with young children. The situation of the rooms that we were given on one floor and close together was ideal. It meant any noise didn’t annoy other guests. The size of the 6/8 bed room meant we could all eat together in the evening. The swimming pool/spa area made the holiday extra special. Bread etc can be delivered to your door. Also the staff seemed super relaxed and happy to help.Guest review byGeorginaUnited Kingdom

Great location, pool & spa very nice after long day skiing. Apartment comfortable but with 6 people too cramped. Only one toilet, en suit was just shower & basin. Twin bedroom small with no natural light.Guest review byEvansUnited Kingdom - 10.0

A good selection of runs of different difficulties, plenty of runs for beginners. Good lift system. Some of the bars were a bit rough and ready. Restaurant 2134 was excellent. Easy access to 1950 where the quality and variety of food shops was better.Guest review byBarbaraUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Great for beginners and intermediates.
Great for beginners and intermediates. Snow sure for later in the season. Family friendly but lots going on for those looking for apres ski. Good variety of food. Beautiful scenery. Great choice of ski runs for skiers and boarders alike.Guest review byCrystalUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Beautiful apartments. Large and well equipped.
Beautiful apartments. Large and well equipped. Great position for slopes and public transport. Plagne 1800 is generally very quiet but has bars and a few restaurants. Pretty village style resort and easy access to Plagne centre using free bus. La Plagne is a very friendly family oriented resortGuest review byClare branighanUnited Kingdom - 10.0

It is a nice extensive ski area, with good lifts and well-maintained slopes and fairly guaranteed snow. The village looks cozy, we only find the restaurants in Arc 1950 to have deteriorated a bit, the menu is almost the same everywhere. And some come across as food barns.Guest review byMichaelNetherlands - 8.0
Nice village to be with plenty of amenities.
Nice village to be with plenty of amenities. Would happily stay there again. Do some research on distance to the slopes, because a long walk can ruin a nice holiday. If you go for dinner, try A Tavola (Italian) and arrive before 19:00 to avoid the crowds.Guest review byKevinNetherlands - 10.0
Have stayed many times and always had good snow.
Have stayed many times and always had good snow. This season there was less than usual but still enough to ski the whole area right down to the village. Was quieter that usual when we were there but didn’t detract from experience. Everything you need is very accessible so you can maximise your time, which is especially useful for shorter stays.Guest review byMartinUnited Kingdom - 6.0
Plagne 1800 is a bit tired now so don’t expect modern hotels...
Plagne 1800 is a bit tired now so don’t expect modern hotels, hotel was good to crash but wouldn’t want to spend any time in the room as very small(had to put table on balcony so I could walk round the bed.took my own towel and pillow, and no lift is a pain, never bothered with the pool and the reception is only open 10-12 then 4-6 so if you turn up at lunch you will spent a couple of hours in the Bobsleigh bar! Le Mine is very good for apres /sport and live bands and La Cantina restaurant (same owners) is very good. I booked it last minute to be close to my friends 2 chalets down (catered) so spent most of my time there. Was conscious of loosing deposit so literally didn’t use anything in the room and video it when I arrived and left! Cost me £1050 for 4 nights so very expensive but it was half term and last minute. Love France but will return to Austria next yearGuest review byJasonUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Staying in Arc 1950 has been a dream since I first skied...
Staying in Arc 1950 has been a dream since I first skied through it a few years ago. Skiing from here could not be easier - village is entirely pedestrianised with underground car parking linked conveniently via lifts to all the various accommodations. All accomms have direct access to the pistes - ski out from the boot rooms, through the village and straight on to a big blue run or cross it for ski lifts (Marmotte and Bois de l'Ours). Various ski hire options in village, great bakery open good hours, and decent, well stocked Carrefour all within a 5min walk. Lively little village with plenty going on and options for all ages. Recommend booking underground parking space in advance with Effia. Overall, a magical experience and can't wait to be back there again :)Guest review byHollyUnited Kingdom
