- From US$107.22 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 693 reviewsA Perfect Urban Oasis by the Sea – Five Stars All the Way We had an absolutely delightful stay at this hidden gem of a hotel. Perfectly located just steps away from the beach and nestled among some of the city’s best wine bars and restaurants, it offered the best of both worlds: vibrant surroundings and total tranquility. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel sits on a quiet, peaceful street — an unexpected and welcome surprise. The family apartment was nothing short of perfect. Luxuriously appointed and thoughtfully designed, it came with all the modern comforts we could ask for, including smart TVs that quickly became a hit with the kids after a day of exploring. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the team. The hotel owners and staff were incredibly welcoming, genuinely friendly, and fluent in English, which made everything feel effortless and relaxed from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to our favourite nearby restaurant, The Four Cats 🐈 — a must-visit for dinner — and don’t miss the local fish market for some of the freshest oysters 🦪 you’ll ever taste. We’ll absolutely be back! Kevin en LonnekeGuest review byKevinNetherlands
- From US$203.95 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 425 reviewsAbsolutely amazing property and location. Spa hotel and bucolic surrounds with exceptional food and service and lovely modern rooms (in keeping with the historic buildings). Looked like a storybook from the photos online but when we are arrived we were blown away. If you're looking for some rest and relaxation and a chance to charge your batteries I would recommend Les Jardines de Coppelia. Very close to picturesque Honfleur but once you arrive you probably won't want to leave.Guest review byRachaelAustralia

Honfleur is a gorgeous mediaeval fishing town that we have visited well over a dozen times. We never get tired of going back. There is always something to see and do. Amazing art galleries to look at, the small tourist train that takes you to all the main sites in Honfleur and it's environs. The replica William the Conquerors longship that is being built - a trip on the Seine to the Pont-d- Normandie. La Lieutenance, the harbour and the numerous cafes and restaurants, just walking through the old town/St Catherine Quarter (downhill always leads back to the old harbour - so you can't get lost!)Guest review byPaulUnited Kingdom - 6.0

I was in Deauville for the Bridge Festival, so chose the location for that reason. However, I would say that some of the restaurants in Deauville are not great value or quality and prefer to eat in Trouville where there is better choice and value in my opinion. It is all down to personal taste, obviously many wealthy Parisians and foreign visitors like to be in Deauville, for the beach and top hotels. Relative to Trouville it is quite smart, but Trouville is more lively and overall more interesting. Next time, I will stay in Trouville although it is more of a walk to the casino.Guest review byChrisUnited Kingdom - 10

This is a small early twentieth century town with a magnificent beach and is a super base to explore the area from. There is so much history just a short drive away and the city of Deauville can be reached extremely easily along the coast road. Walking and cycling opportunities are excellent too. The local restaurants are very good - we particularly enjoyed eating at Le Mermoz. The fish market in Trouville was also amazing.Guest review byStephenUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Very nice old town and church.
Very nice old town and church. A few shops but futher out the usual large retail supermarkets. I was part of a group of 8 motorcyclists, who were staying to celebrate / commemorate the 80th anniversary of D Day Normandy landings. Also to visit local cemetaries to py respets to the fallen friens and brothers in arms who served with Grandfather in the 2nd WW and in prticular the normandy landings.Guest review byScott DexterUnited Kingdom - 10
Houlgate was the nicest discovery in the Normandy region.
Houlgate was the nicest discovery in the Normandy region. It's a small town/city that is absolutely beautiful, the beach is huge so its not crowded, one can walk for kilometres. The houses are perfectly restored and preserved as in the old times, because they have been passed from one generation in the family to another....and this for the last 400 years at least. People are VERY friendly, there are nice boutiques, and you find quite a few of top-rated restaurants; and otherwise, nice creperies and simple pizzerias (for all budgets). Houlgate is a must.Guest review byClara NavasBelgium - 8.0
An interesting small town which is easy to walk around.
An interesting small town which is easy to walk around. Architecture is very interesting and historical information is available. Parking is amazing - free! Plenty of interesting individual shops and a well stocked large supermarket on the outskirts on town. Nice restaurants and locals were very friendly. We had dinner at a traditional French restaurant - Le Vaucelles - very good - as well as The Eden Park Hotel overlooking the lake - excellent service there!Guest review byHelenUnited Kingdom - 10

Staying in Villiers Plage many times , Blonville has bee known for many years. The creperie by the beach has been used several times. (Not used this year.)The purpose of this visit was the Mont Ormel Memorial event about 40 miles away but the tourist office staff in Blonville are very good on history.
