Location was spectacular. Views from our room were amazing. Bathroom was very well appointed. Beds comfortable and all ea s clean and thoughtful. Excellent pricing. Will come back for a longer stay.

For a few locations 5 stars raring is not enough, like Hotel Les Marechaux in Auxerre. The beautiful building, the location, the garden are all very nice. But... most remarkable is the atmosphere which is given by the hosts Isabelle and Fabian. Meeting them and you feel immediately welcome. There is no Ibis - or Accor hotel which can come any close to this level. The hotel has many old elements left, so everything remains in style. The rooms are spacious compared to most French hotels. The Wi-Fi is fast. There is enough (free) parking and the breakfast with (local) fruit perfect.

Great accommodation in a nice quiet part of town. Spacious rooms with a zesty fresh smell that hits you as soon as you walk through the door. Only a 45 minute walk to the Buffalo Grill as well!

We have stayed here a few times before as the location is perfect just off the A6. The staff are always friendly. The rooms are always clean, the bed is comfy and the breakfast is lovely.
