- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.8Good - What previous guests thought, 101 reviewsFantastic location on the side of the mountain. The accommodation is a large block of apartments, it was very quiet with fantastic views of the valley from the balcony and windows. The restaurant buffet for breakfast and dinner had a lot of options, well cooked food, the cod was especially good with very good texture and taste. I was only staying for one night but had I done my homework properly I would have stayed longer and enjoyed the walks that start in the village. There is plenty of parking available outside, there are a couple of shops in the village and you can rent bicycles too. Overall I really enjoyed staying here, more than I thought I would. The peace and quiet and the lovely food and easy access was good. The kitchen in the apartment had lots of utensils, kettle, microwave and hob and pans and saucepans, plenty to keep you going for a couple of weeks if need be. The lady on reception was very helpful, many thanks to her I will be returning.Guest review byStephenUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 442 reviewsit was our first time at the Hameau des Airelles and we’re planning our return already! we stayed in a comfort 2 bed apartment. it was very clean and our view on the mountain was incredible. The Ski in/ Ski out is excellent. you can join a beautiful blue run down to a couple of lifts or take the button lift just outside the door. there are great restaurants, après ski bars just outside the door, and the best boulangerie/ pâtisserie in town. Our apartment was warm and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. the entertainment, the kids club and games available at reception were a great bonus. we didn’t have time to try the pool, but it looked very inviting. the staff were all friendly and happy.Guest review byclaireIreland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 293 reviewsWe arrived frazzled and very late at night. The owner was absolutely amazing, could not have treated us better. He prepared a meal and brought it to the room and we were so grateful! France can be a bit biased to tourists, but this gentlemen treated us like we were family. The room was wonderful, the view beautiful and the dog adorable. Breakfast was substantial with eggs, cheese, pastries, fruit , yoghurt etc. We love you Hôtel & Spa La Ferme de l'Izoard and would happily stay there again for any length of time.Guest review byJoannaAustralia

We didnt use swimming pool but looked a good size.Guest review byJasonUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very good - What previous guests thought, 528 reviewsThe reception opened specially for us to have an early check in. The proximity to the centre/slopes/chair lift is perfect. The sofa bed was clean and comfortable. All the amenities in the kitchen were great and the water was lovely and hot. It is a great place for families/friends to stay. I would say 6 would be a squeeze but 5 of us was perfect.Guest review byCarolineFrance

Amazing location.
Amazing location. The owners and staff were friendly, professional, and answered all our questions. The bar was great, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had. I hope we can go back to Briancon in the near future because it's so beautiful, and we'll certainly stay here.Guest review byJBDRHDUnited States - 6.0

You need a reason to be in Barcelonnette. It is not a destination in itself. But good selection of restaurants and pedestrian fares. If you are motorcycling or bicycling, what a great launching point!Guest review byWarrenUnited States - 8.0

Jausiers is on the crossroads of two slightly different routes of the Route des Grandes Alpes: one via Col de la Bonette and another one via Col de la Cayolle. The Route is magnificent. Would strongly recommend to include in the Route the Gorges du Cians and, especially, Gorges de Daluis.Guest review byMykolaBelgium - 8.0
Great base for a hiking or skiing focused trip.
Great base for a hiking or skiing focused trip. Very quiet town, but there's a lively market on Saturdays. Plenty of restaurant options every night, including week nights. Bakeries and grocery store for hiking provisions. We didn't explore public transit or taxi options up to Mercantour park entrance because we had a rental car. Some trails leave from the center of town. There's also a very impressive indoor climbing center with a pool that would be great for families or for rainy-day activities, but we didn't have time to visit. You can walk to the hillside town ofGuest review byCaitlinUnited States - 10
It is the best ski resort ever.
It is the best ski resort ever. We have been traveling to different ski resorts in Europe for the last 15 years and this place amazed us with slopes variety. The skiing was wonderful, we did not search for “good slope or best root” like we usually did on previous resorts because there are so many of them that could be called the best :). Thermal SPA is an excellent bonus!Guest review byOlgaUkraine - 6.0

Valdeblore is a very nice little town, there is a beautiful church and ancient houses. I love the food from the boulangerie Terroir. I'd have liked to have more time to do some trekking in the beautiful mountains. I didn't use it, but I know that you can get around by bus. You can go to Nizza by bus in about 1 hour and a halfGuest review byAlessandra EleonoraItaly - 10

We didn't really visit Guillaumes itself properly as the accomodation is 9km away up the mountain, but it seemed a pleasant town and is in a great position for exploring the Parc. We did visit several nearby towns which were very interesting, notably Entrevaux and Colmars.Guest review byPhilH-KUnited Kingdom - 10

We went in spring which is outside of their main season so the town is quiet and peaceful but sure in season that it must be amazing. We found two restaurants open during our stay and they both had amazing good food & very friendly staff that could speak English.Guest review byChantelle LouwUnited Kingdom
