The overall experience of the hotel was the best we ever had in London; the service is exceptional, all thanks to the amazing staff. Rooms are spacious and clean, one of the rooms we got was recently renovated, but even the non-renovated room was very clean and well maintained. The views are fantastic and location is perfect. Breakfast was delightful, they serve the breakfast in two different restaurants, and the main restaurant (Vicinity) is really good for lunch or dinner with drinks. Overall we are very pleased, noting that this wasn't the first time we book here, nor will it be the last!

The location is amazing, the hotel very nice and clean, and the staff were amazing. We only stayed one night (and were given a very unexpected and much appreciated upgrade to a suite), but enjoyed the spa and the breakfast and would more than happily stay here again. Also, the hotel was excellent value for money compared to other hotels in the Mayfair area (nearly 1/3 of the price) and I don't know what the other hotels could provide extra that would justify the higher price.

All in all I would recommend staying in barking especially if your on a budget.the dreams hotel is cheap and good. Richmond is a wonderful town, with plenty of entertainment such as theatres and cinema, especially Richmond Theatre on Richmond Green. There are plenty of wonderful walking routes and parks, Richmond Royal Park is beautiful. Loads of fantastic Pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. Excellent transport links across London and wider areas. Richmond can be expensive, but is worth the extra costs for a short break.

Lots of local amenities and large supermarkets just a few minutes drive away as well as large shopping centres. Lots of parks and playgrounds. Very close to soft play and Old MacDonald’s fun park.
