The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to store our luggage and provided us with a door code so we could access it even when no one was at the reception. Everything was handled smoothly, and they were always ready to assist us. Despite the last-minute nature of our reservation (due to a flight cancellation), they had no issues accommodating us. They even offered to arrange transportation to the airport or book a taxi for us. The apartment was spotless, very quiet, and the other guests were respectful. The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk to a pub and a restaurant, and about ten minutes to the train station. Very friendly staff , relaxing bar and restaurant for evening meal. Excellent comfortable beds in spacious rooms with toiletries provided. Breakfast was beautiful with such choice. Guildford is a lovely town with decent size and has everything there, but shops tend to close early. After 5pm downtown is quiet for most of the days. I enjoy staying there for 4-5 days, if longer than this it will be too boring. Not much can you do in Guildford. Lots of royal connections and history, So beautiful with lots of gorgeous looking shops, restaurants and cafe/bars. Plenty of places to visit.
