The looking system doesn't look very safe, since anyone that has the code can enter the room. Would feel safe if it had some "old school" locker on the inside.

I had meetings at a nearby business and usually stay at a faceless hotel chain. The team at Domo went above and beyond to facilitate my late arrival and the room was beautifully presented, warm and clean. Breakfast was delicious too. I'll definitely stay there again when I'm working in the area.

It was located in a nice, quiet road, well back from the street. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished with gorgeous antique furniture. The bed was huge and super comfortable and snuggly. Lovely quality tea, coffee and biscuits and tops were easily available in the lounge- also beautifully decorated. The staff were exceptional - they could not have been more helpful and friendly! Amazing service! The food, decor and service at the Town pub next door was also exceptional.

Breakfast items are minimal, but you could order from a menu the items you like. I trust this is to avoid any food wastage and this arrangement is more than sufficient. The crew is excellent and cheers to Ms. Asha and her friends , whom we forgot to ask the names. They are exceptional and warm. Restaurant manager is very cheerful and do everything in his capacity to accommodate the last minute orders.

Great apartment, clean, comfortable, cosy and warm with good facilities. Everything you could need. Secure parking offered on site, meaning minimal walking, as a person with mobility issues this was a bonus! Very close to The Glee Club and Arcadian centre, literally over the road. Received all the info we needed to find everything, superb communication. Would stay again

Great hotel - Christmas decorations beautiful and the smell as you walk in reception is beautiful. Great staff and rooms fantastic. I can't think of a single positive thing to say about the place. Clearly designed by several people with a grudge against humanity. It was like winning the 5th prize in a village fete = one night in Birmingham. Actually, there is far less to Birmingham than meets the eye. I'd sooner be boiled in my own urine than be forced to go back.

Terrible Reception and logging in process.

Terrible Reception and logging in process. Poor customer service and help when this happened. Lack of apology, if it had all gone smoothly it would have been fine. Basic room but clean and comfortable, once we actually had a room and bedding. Practical for our needs, just below our (pretty bssic) expectations. Clean and beds comfortable is best I can say.

Appalling. Cold food, rats in the courtyard, rubbish all over the car park, behind bed and very rude staff. Wouldn't want to stay for £0.00 if offered the place needs shutting down and reporting the heath department especially with vermin outside.

While our hotel was beautiful and calm, Wolverhampton seems to have nothing to offer other than shopping malls, fast food kiosks, and ugly buildings. But perhaps we did not give the city a fair chance, as everyone we met was friendly, kind and happy with the place they lived in.

I only stayed one night, didn't see alot of the surrounding area due to time of arrival and my departure in the morning. It seemed to be a fairly quiet but, I think we were on the outskirts of Dudley. The pub was a short walk, staff and locals were friendly. Food was very good and reasonable. I had the carvery and a pint of lager which, was cheaper than the pizza I had the previous night. Not in Dudley.

it's a brilliant position close to the motorway. easy to get to and from. decent value for money. I [and about a dozen of assorted family members] have stayed here for the last 3 or 4 years after a family Xmas meet-up, and I expect to be there again next year. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Can't see how you could do better for the price and position.

HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Booked 3 rooms . 1 was a disable room ( It is a disaster waiting to capture another victim ) When i found out , i cancelled that room . I was left with 2 rooms. Got into the room, and it was boiling hot. No AC. I asked and was told that was the only room and that i should manage the room , till the next morning. They got a fan and i told them that i don't do well with a fan. (they pleaded , began to promise an upgrade, free food , if only i could just spend the night . Now this was almost midnight because we got in there very late . I told them that i need to check out . i Called booking.com to in form them , they called the hotel and the hotel told them they had offered me heaven and earth . ( I was cajoled to spend the night there over my safety and comfort ) The next morning , i booked another hotel and checked out . I called booking.com to inform them that i was checking out and booking.com called the hotel back and the hotel told the lady frombooking.com that they would process my FULL refund . Today makes it 2 weeks and this hotel has not refunded my 4 nights stay that i paid in FULL for . They keep passing me around staff after staff. The person responsible for the refund never gets to work till 3pm . A peep into their restaurant is appalling . I am a frequent traveler who looks forward to English breakfast , but i would have fallen ill if i tasted the food. Display of food is an eyesore . Hopefully , this hotel will refund the money that i paid . Their communication is ZERO . Neither has booking.com been of help to recover my refund . This hotel is rubbish . I eventually stayed the rest of my time in birmingham at CLAYTON HOTEL.
