So much to see and do sometimes it was like visiting London The Armouries Leeds museum and Variety theatre as well as white swan bar bistro excellent food and service with 20% off if you show theatre ticket as we did had the best steak I've enjoyed in years fabulous Yorkshire beef. Bradford has a multi-cultural historical centre and is vibrant , especially during the year of culture. The markets are also multicultural and recently renovated. Huddersfield doesn't have the best of reputations, which is a pity. I think that it's an absolute gem. The buildings are gorgeous, particularly to one who looks, such detail and reference to the industrial past. From the entrance steps to the railway station, one can see a lion and a prime minister. Hebden bridge was an attractive town and very easy to walk round. We came by train and used buses to travel as well as walking. We ate at shoulder of mutton twice and found it good value and tasty food. Bus to Haworth another attractive place with lots of history.
