It is one of the most beautiful places I have been. Picturesque surroundings, beautiful nature, lots of entertainment and great food. We took full board and it was the best decision, good options to choose especially vegeterian and deserts are to die for. Room are very clean and the whole territory is spotless, it is greatly maintained. Special thanks to Natalia( Personal Guest Manager),she arranged the delivery of baby sunscreen from Telavi. My infant's skin got burned first day of our stay and I firstly visited reception and Mariam who was there told us that we need to go to the Telavi and take taxi which will take 20 mins. But after Natalia connected with me, I got a call from Mariam where she organized the delivery from city herself. Thank you Natalia as you took care of my baby well-being during our stay. I mentally rested in this place and enjoyed time with my family.

The staff was very polite, kind and friendly. All additional requests was made by the staff. It was very pleasant to be in such a place where you so friendly people are cared about you. We like swimming pool. Even the water was a bit cold, but we do like to swim in it. The food was delicious. My daughter ate pork mtsvadi and she like it. The wine that are made with traditional recipes tastes so good that even if you don't like wine you will drink it and will remember through all of your life. Thank you very much.

What a spectacular place! We stayed for just one night at this winery/hotel, but we wanted to stay for many days. We were very well received by Mariam, who took us to our rooms and showed us the two restaurant options, one with an open atmosphere and the other with an indoor one, both wonderful. We had lunch where the environment was open and the food was wonderful, as were the wines. Later we did the wine tasting and visited the wine production, Mariam was again our guide and it was wonderful. The weather was already warm enough for us to also enjoy the great pool, with a bar attached. The care taken with everything here is stunning, the gardens, the quality of the rooms, the food and the wines are perfect, all of this combined with great service! Congratulations, even though we are from so far away (Brazil), we will definitely be back someday.

From the photo at first it seemed like the room was very harsh on the colors and it put me off a bit. But after check-in there were no questions at all. Very helpful staff and very convenient that there was a restaurant on the first floor. Also really liked that the bathroom had pretty high quality and not cheap supplies. If I have to come again - I will stay in this hotel, as the current trip was spontaneous.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The hotel itself is top-notch, and the friendly staff made every interaction warm and welcoming. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the playing room, which was stocked with plenty of fun options—from a billiards table to a chess set and even a hockey setup, offering a great way to unwind. Additionally, the complimentary wine left in the room was a delightful and unexpected touch that truly enhanced the stay. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and entertaining getaway.

It is a lovely place located in the heart of the wine region. The restaurant offers fresh and savory dishes. We did a wine tasting with Helena, who explained all about the property's wine in detail. The room was spacious and very clean. We also tried the wine spa, which was included in the package, and were absolutely satisfied with the wine bath and massage. It just makes you feel refreshed to walk around the property. I would definitely come back next time and would love to stay in one of the villas.

Beautiful property!! Breathtaking views of the lake alongside the mountain range. Great for families as they offer multiple amenities so everyone would have lots to do while they’re staying with them. Best part is most amenities are included with your room stay and there is no hassle of paying extra for anything. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options for vegetarians. European restaurant also had a great menu. Overall definitely recommend them!

Staff is so good, help us upgrade the room for free since it is slow season, show us all the way to the swimming pool (which is very far and very underground), notice we forgot the airpods and volunteered to go to the room to get it for us Room is also quite large, including a big balcony and big washing room Also love the sauna after a day of walking and travelling

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel exactly one year ago and decided to return. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a unique feature that's rare to find in Georgia—a well-maintained Russian banya (sauna). We went on a full-day hiking tour through autumn forests and hills to reach the waterfall. It was an excellent experience.

Sighnagi is a must visit little town in the heart of Kakheti. There is no other town or city like this in Georgia: Old historical castle walls, cobblestone streets, little old houses and magnificent views in all four directions. And the most important: here you will experience the true nature of people in this part of Georgia - Kakheti.

Found a great bar, very small but the guy that ran it and...

Found a great bar, very small but the guy that ran it and his wife were amazing, best bar we found in Georgia and probably the smallest and basic but would go there every time. Check out Suphevs Bar if you are in town. Don't be put off by how small it is, the wine and beer he picks himself and he's passionate about it. The town around the castle is nice, the rest is run down, we were recommended to go to Badia restaurant and that was the best choice, lovely meal there, went there on the day we left for coffee and a light bite, enjoyed that too.

My stay was perfect!

My stay was perfect! I visited all of the dinning options and each one was terrific. The staff was great and the recreation facilities are amazing. I enjoyed the spa and appointments were easy to make. I spent a lot of time walking around the lake and resort. The scenery is beautiful--especially this time of year. I'm coming back next year to enjoy the outdoor pools and facilities.

Overall I guess it was ok.

Overall I guess it was ok. Check-in at Park Hotel was terrible. We reserved a room with a queen bed, and all rooms are supposed to have a view. We specifically confirmed the queen bed with a request immediately after reserving. What we got at first was a room with twin beds and no real view. One side was blocked by a wall, the other side viewed the access road. The front desk refused to change anything, saying they had a large group taking an entire floor. (There was a youth group of some kind there.) We had to call the reservations line to correct this. The lady on the phone looked up the reservation, confirmed the queen bed, and arranged for a correct room. It is very disappointing that the on-site desk people can't do this. (The view was the same way but had no wall blocking one side, and the mountains could be seen from the balcony now.) Once we were set it was all ok. We did not do much in Tsinandali, just enjoyed the park and dinners. Once at the Radisson (overpriced) and one at a local Marani (very good deal!)

Stuff is unwelcoming .

Stuff is unwelcoming . There was only one mediocre restaurant . no buffet in morning just cause they had lack of costumers , therefor we ordered breakfast which was pretty scarce as they did not had any salmon or avocado , which is pretty basic for an "excellent" breakfast . It was almost impossible to sleep properly cause of the sound of AC . we turned it off but then it was cold and for some reason still noisy . Spa and wellness includes closed pool , sauna and massages only but not on Tuesday apparently . we were hungry at night but apparently no 24/7 room service on week days . Seems like they work properly only on weekends but it was mentioned nowhere . When you pay so much money for just two nights service should be on high level no matter which days of week you choose . I am pretty unsatisfied .

Great location but the town lacked restaurants.

Great location but the town lacked restaurants. On Friday night we had to taxi out to a restaurant located near the border crossing. It was good but it would be nice if they had a good selection in town. Most places to eat are associated with guest houses and not necessarily open to the public. The reserve was great. It was beautiful, well-signed and had helpful staff.

We came with a child and it was fine, too, but this place seems to be ideal for couples, very romantic and beautiful. The interiors and exteriors are so stylish. No wonder why many choose to rent it our for weddings. We loved it.

The view of the grape fields is amazing.

The view of the grape fields is amazing. The facilities are excellent, including a sauna and a pool with a nearby bar. The staff was kind and helpful. The restaurant served great food, and the local wine.

Sighnaghi is worth to visit.

Sighnaghi is worth to visit. Unfortunately during my overnight stay, it rained a lot 100 percent. We couldn't see nothing about the town in the next day. But the evening we arrived we walked through the city and it was a nice small cute little town. It's worth to visit. Go check the monastery that is nearby. We missed to see due to the rain.
