The apartment itself is super clean and cosy, equipped with everything one could need. Furniture is new, bed is comfortable.
The terrace with a sea view is wonderful!

The host is very caring! We loved it.
There are even laminated suggestions of nearby places to visit, good restaurants to have dinner, nearest grocery shops and emergency numbers. That was the best guide for us.

GreeceLocation is 200 m from the Charakas beach, 5-6 minutes drive from the Poseidon temple and 20' from Lavrion..The apartment was super clean, having all the amenities and items available, with great view from the veranda to the wide blue. A lot of taverns within 5-10' drive. Last but not least the owners were always available to provide help and any information needed.

The area also has great local restaurants and groceries. We always hire a car, and while parking in front of the hotel is limited, there is ample parking within walking distance. We appreciate the hotel's rustic atmosphere, balcony, and family-friendly amenities like privacy, a pool, an upper deck sunbathing area, and daily room service. Security is reliable; we felt safe leaving our laptops and cameras in the rooms. The friendly staff are incredibly helpful, assisting with car rentals, tours, cruises, and taxi services, and they inform you of the fares, which helps with budgeting costs. The owner is very nice and extremely responsive a to all of our needs. We had difficulty with Internet at first, but she worked the problem to a solution, and most of the time we had satisfactory connection at high speed. She also made sure we had cab rides to a location we needed to get to, and was there when we left at 345 AM to open gate for our driver. If you're having problems with walking, you should think twice, from the rooms to the beach and pool is not far away, but if you're old enough to have some difficulties with steps and walking, be careful. Its a wonderfully clean beach. The beach is free entry beach, with clean sand and water. The restaurant next to Varkiza beach serves fantastic foods at amazing price, must try for all. The market is on the other side of the beach (walk 800 mts) , but it is happening till late into the night, There are plenty of restaurants nearby, well connected to local bus system. Lagonissi is a nice and peaceful place along the Athens Riviera. There are many different beaches where one can swim and relax. It is close to Varkiza, Vougliameni, Glyfada and on the other side, Cape Sounio, Lavrio and Porto Rafti. There are plenty of good restaurants in this area. We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and spotless. The space was beautifully furnished, with plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, which made it easy to enjoy breakfast and dinner together as a family. The living area was a perfect gathering spot, and the apartment had excellent natural light and a peaceful atmosphere. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone traveling with family. Palaia Fokaia is a cute small town with direct and easy access from Athens and the airport. Cordially recommended for its beauty, offers any facility and shops, promising an easy and quiet life. Amazing beaches and beautiful prosperous fields facing mountain scenery, in an almost artistic combination. Delicious fish taverns and traditional Greek restaurants everywhere. There were loads of restaurants and different beaches. Especially hidden spots to go and explore. Going to the lake is definitely worth a visit but you have to go early, we went around 11 and the beds were busy but once we got a bed it was perfect. As photographers and specialists for historical mines we especially document the not well known mines by photos, drawings and stories.
