We enjoyed the walks around. the fresh air, the view of the snow-capped mountains and the evening hours with a drink and chat in the hotel lobby, on the comfortable sofas, in front of the burning fireplace. The owners and staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and clean, with the fireplace always ready to light if we wanted, (but the central heating was enough) The breakfast is hearty, Greek (with lot of pies, sweet /salty (the spinach pie and olive bread are delicious!!!) Here you are literally staying in the heart of the forest in what looks like a perfectly matched and balanced coexistence of man and nature. The accommodation is flawless with big rooms, a fire place, ample hot water and comfortable beds. Th breakfast is rich and filling, the coffee is of excellent quality.
