Lovely ambience. Facilities new and in excellent condition. Comfortable. Calm, relaxing. Staff were very engaging, work together well as a team, respond promptly to any minor issues that arise. The modest exterior disguises a very nicely styled interior. Everything was excellent.

I loved this place with its polished wooden floors and old world charm. Bed was comfortable, room was big, bathroom was tiny, staff were lovely and the location, right in town but quiet, was the best.

The big roof top pool was amazing!! Super warm, warmer than the smaller pool. The sound proofing was also perfect to block out the noise from the car park, we had a very restful sleep, the matress was awesome. The helpful staff were great. The location, omg the location, it was on the doorstep of everything we actually wanted to see and visit.

I liked nothing. The hotel was dirty. The WC was broken, there was not hot water, the staff was very noisy during the night and morning. We couldn't sleep well.
