My flight to HK landed at 10:30PM and I was very happy to be able to easily find the free shuttle to the hotel, where I was greeted by the fabulous, warm and welcoming front desk attendant, Carmela. She literally set the positive pace for this quick business trip. I opted for a room on the executive floor and it was well worth the extra $$. The breakfast buffet, included in exec price, was absolutely wonderful (especially the egg custard tarts!!). It was nice to come back after a day of work and enjoy a glass of wine and snacks provided in the exec lounge. This hotel was so convenient to Asia World-Expo and all trains to Hong Kong. I have definitely found "my place" to stay whenever business takes me back to Hong Kong. Carol

- Love the space. Very few places in HK offer this much space and value. Not even the other Shama around HK. - Getting to Admiralty via MTR from the front door of the property was 15 minutes, we timed it. - Amenities were brilliant, our upgraded room had a washer and dryer. - The gym downstairs was great (if a little small) and the shared kitchen is a great idea for those who wish to cook - Southside mall is close by as well as Circle K and 7/11 at the MTR station which is 2 minutes away and is accessible directly via the footbridge outside. - The staff were very helpful, when our original room had an issue they immediately resolved it for us. - The wonderful house keeping staff too - If you like noodles and fresh coffee there is a cafe and noodle joint next to the lobby area. - The bathroom soaps smelt great. - Shower pressure was good. - Lots of natural light via floor to ceiling windows. - Wireless phone chargers next to bed - Plenty of hiking spots right around the corner - Ocean park is one MTR stop away - The property was kind enough to store our luggage while we’re away in Taiwan for the week.

What a fantastic hotel in the heart of lively Kowloon! We thoroughly enjoyed our two recent stays at the Mondrian. The rooms were in top shape and very well thought out, with excellent lighting and cutting-edge features, like the window and lighting controls. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rainforest shower in the bathroom very relaxing. The splendid view of the harbor and skyline was an added plus on both occasions. Above all, we were impressed by the dedication, friendliness and personal approach of all the staff we dealt with; what a delight! In particular, the duty manager provided excellent advice and came up with a nice birthday surprise for my partner. We have travelled a lot and stayed at nice hotels all over the world, but we would rank the Hongkong Mondrian among the top.

    The hotel staff are honest. My mom forget her wallet at the room when we went out in the morning and we came back at night with the wallet still in the place where she left it. She was worried the whole time but we can’t go back sooner or even call the hotel. Anyways, the wallet is there and my mom is really happy. Thank you so much. My mom is at room 541.     excellent public transportation system but too crowded and there’s a culture of people being inconsiderate of tourists and customer service experiences in various places is unpleasant, however, the place has great tourist attraction and food is great anywhere you get it, free wifi is always available in public places like malls and train stations
