The staff were the highlight of our trip. Ivan at the front desk, "Lucky" in the restaurant and Slobodan at breakfast made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The hotel has beautiful views of the Adriatic sea, and every night was a stunning sunset right outside our window. There are multiple pools, a spa with sauna and steamroom, lots of spaces to relax, as well as a scuba diving center on the bottom floor. You can swim in the ocean right outside.

Hotel room is very well equipped - modern upscale sanitary equipment, furniture etc. Breakfast is great - quite diverse. There is a very nice restaurant (Taj Mahal) with access directly from the hotel - this restaurant offers Bosnian food and is Michelin recommended. Underground (with additional charge) and surface secured parking come very handy even travelling by car. The hotel is around 20 minutes walk from a breathtaking Old Town.

Everything was good. The room with a view of the sea, and the clean interior, the hot water gurgled. Everything was perfect. Especially the breakfast was so delicious and the variety was varied, and I highly recommend it. 30-minute walk to the old town, 5-10 minutes by bus ride. I am completely satisfied with the scenic hotel.

I don't think we have ever eaten as well on a short city break as we did in Dubrovnik. The cafes, restaurants and bars were excellent. We particularly loved the Carmen Trattoria. I would recommend a trip on the cable car for superb views of the city, coast and mountains and a walk around the city walls is a 'must do'. The city is perhaps a little more expensive than we expected and gets very crowded especially when there are cruises in the nearby harbour.

The Arboretum Trsteno was an interesting place, a respite from the heat. It was cool in the trees. Game of Thrones episodes are filmed at the fountain! But there is no cafe, only a vending machine. Walking down to the sea for a swim was worth it, but you need sturdy footwear, water and snacks.

Zaton is 15min from crowded Dubrovnick, just a right amount of driving on a very nice coastal road to reach the city center. The bay is so peacefull with only a couple of nice seafood and italian restaurants all "pied dans l'eau" Just sip some wine, in the water or on the decks and enjoy the sunrise, the sunset and the moonrise, between water boats and a mountain.

Very relaxed island, not somewhere to go if you like the bust night life & entertainment on tap. This is a place to kick back & take life a more leisurely pace. We went with our family of 11, 4 young adult children & partners, 1 teen & ourselves. There was enough to keep everyone occupied, beach, bars, boat trips, walking, reading, card games. Getting to the island is easily accessed by a ferry service & there are plenty of smaller boats for hire if those times don’t suit. There is also a good bus service to the other side of the island for a change in scenery. A lovely place for a holiday.

Orasac is a rather small and tranquil village about 25 mins.

Orasac is a rather small and tranquil village about 25 mins. car drive from Dubrovnik downtown (old town). There are several restaurants, but closed during off season, however the little bar and local shop seemed quite busy during our stay over Easter. Loads of restaurant opportunities though nearby at the Sun Gardens Resort or in Zaton, a little fisher village next to Orasac. Definitely a quiet spot to relax after a busy touristy day in Dubrovnik. Lovely views of the Elaphiti islands off shore.

We have a full itinerary planned with tours and restaurants booked. However our original flight was cancelled and we were moved to the earlier flight so lost several hours. Would have like an extra day to maybe enjoy a local boat trip or sunset cruise. Restaurant 360 was perhaps our best ever dining experience with the location, timing and of course food & drink

Zaton was a very peaceful, small harbour village/town with a few restaurants, swimming spots, a shop, as well as opportunities for excursions. Being just off the main road there is easy access to Dubrovnik and other towns. There's a gorgeous church and woodland walk, with great views across the bay. You could easily stay within Zaton for a more secluded and relaxing break, or use it as a base to venture out from. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful - English was spoken by all.

Very beautiful nature and very nice people. If you like to walk, then the place suits you. There are no cars on the island. There are several routes for hiking. Small paths and sometimes rocky. Old churches and ruins. Beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. A green island. Sandy beaches, clear turquoise water. The place is suitable for relaxation. Not too many people. Best restaurants Obala and Peggy's.
