- From $199.25 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Excellent - What previous guests thought, 970 reviewsFantastic hotel with great food, the best chef ever! We stayed 5 nights in the facility, breakfast, dinner was never same, desert included. I saw also vegetarian, gluteen and lactose free products as well. The bed and pillow OMG!!(I am always carrying my pillow, here i didnt have too). If you arriving by car, so many castle and hiking places to go, if rains they have lil sauna, pool with heated water too. Playroom has darts, cso-cso, ping-pong, billiard, for smaller kids (-6 or 7)has another room to play. Every day they have handcraft session for kids, free langos in the afteroon(we missed it, still dont know what day) and palachinta at dinner (not ecery day). If you are in town make sure you stop by at the cukraszda, cake shop opposite to CBA grocery store( 5 min walk from hotel.) All in all, we have been a lot of places in different countries, this is one of the best hotel, hits it all(location, bed, pillow, quite(even was lot of kids) always hot water, clean, spa and food, food, food). Perfect for family , solo, or couple as well.Guest review byGabriellaHungary
- From $150.95 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 133 reviewsThe food was amazing! Try to get dinner here. The chefs have very creative minds and use local ingredients. They also pay good attention to allergies and were able to accommodate my shellfish allergy as well as me being pregnant. The room was very comfortable and the scenery was beautiful. It was our favorite place that we stayed while biking from Vienna to Budapest.Guest review byLaurenUnited States

Esztergom is a beautiful historical town.
Esztergom is a beautiful historical town. People are friendly here, as in most of Hungary. Excellent shopping and dining options. Sometimes there is a problem with parking down in the city. Very good parking options around the basilica.Guest review byPetrCzech Republic - 8.0
LOT'S OF HISTORICAL PLACES. DYNAMITE.
LOT'S OF HISTORICAL PLACES. DYNAMITE. THE SIGHTSEEING BUS WHAT A GREAT IDEA, HOWEVER ONLY RUNS ON WEEKENDS. THE REST OF THE WEEK IS JUST PARKED AT A PARKING LOT. WHAT A WASTE. DURING THE WEEK, MAY NOT HAVE THAT MANY PEOPLE, BUT THEY COULD HAVE RUN IT AT LEAST 2 TIMES A DAY. ONE AT MIDDAY, ONE AT IN THE AFTERNOON. THE TOWN SHOULD HAVE A OPEN AIR SHUTTLE BUS FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE. NOT EVERYONE CAN WALK FROM ONE END TO THE OTHER. NICE PLACE , GOOD WIBE.Guest review byERZSEBETHungary - 10

Very beautifull city with nice architecture and narrow street. Tjhe artists shops are really beautifull and the restaurants offer great food (local cusine and international). Perfect for a relaxing stay.Guest review byOvidiu CioabaRomania - 8.0
Small and nice city.
Small and nice city. Sure, one day is completely enough there but you can use this place to explore the area around incl. Esztergom, Visegrad and even a day trip to Budapest by ferry is possible. Enough restaurant options for some days.Guest review byCarsten__JGermany - 8.0
There wasn't too much to see or live in Zebegény.
There wasn't too much to see or live in Zebegény. We couldn't find a restaurant that wasn't pub-like at all. The free beach is just an empty area with minimal services (a single buffet car).Guest review byISzegediHungary - 8.0

Dunakeszi is a small city North of Budapest that we always visit for dental appointments and visiting relatives. It's not especially touristic but I like it for its rural air. There is of course always the Duna (Danube) which is good for a quiet stroll. By renting a car, it was fortunately easy moving around in Dunakeszi. Otherwise, there are enough trains connecting it to Budapest, but getting around within the city might get a little challenging. Not due to the lack of buses, but you have to plan for an extended commuting time.Guest review byBalazsSwitzerland - 10

Esztergom is not a big city and it gives opportunities for travelers to walk to most of the sights. The importance of the city on the Danube was high and it is rich in history. The seat of the head of the Hungarian Catholic church is in Esztergom and the cathedral is stunningly beautiful with a cafe in the dome part, which provides uncomparable view of the city and the surroundings. I would visit again if I have opportunity!Guest review byTanyaBulgaria - 6.0

Visegrad is a very quiet and rural area and is well suited to those seeking a restful and quiet holiday. The visitor map is quite out of date as the brewery and winery shown are no longer there or open. walking/hiking seems to be the most reason for people to visit the area for its beautiful scenery and hill walks.Guest review byAnonymous - 10
Such a pretty little town especially if the weather is good.
Such a pretty little town especially if the weather is good. We went out of season (April) so a lot of places weren't open but we were able to find a choice of restaurants for our evening meal. We were only there for 24 hours so didn't have time to visit the various museums so perhaps a couple of days would have been better. Only downside was the heaps of tourists/tour groups. I imagine in the summer it would be heaving with people so I was glad we went when we did.Guest review byJuliaUnited Kingdom - 6.0
I really stayed here only to go to Visegrad.
I really stayed here only to go to Visegrad. The places in Visegrad were either booked or too expensive. There was nothing out of the ordinary to see in Vac, so I would skip it the next time. Yes, there was a church, square, etc. These were all lovely. They were far less vibrant than in other towns in Hungary I have been. I did enjoy watching the sunset on the Danube in Vac.Guest review byMarciUnited States
