The location overlooking the Agung and the jungle is stunning, I have never seen anything like it before. Comfortable rooms and beds. Also, the staff go above and beyond to help, my friend got sick and they really helped and did everything they could and more. Highly recommended. Came for one day and stayed 2.

Everything! It was soo beautiful. The view is stunning. Everything looks exactly like the picture!! Me and my best friend wanted a little weekend getaway as we have been living in bali for longterm already. It was the best decision ever! The staff was sooo nice and helpful. They offered to pic us up but we drove down ourselves. And when we wanted to leave it was raining quite alot so the staff offered to drive the bike up the road for us wich was so nice! They even offered to bring us to a dinner spot and do a bonfire for us. It was genuine one of the best places i’ve ever stayed at in bali!!! Super quiet and stunning. Perfect to relax and calm down a bit! 100% would recommend to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Lava Sky. The cabin was comfortable, the views were beautiful, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. A special mention goes to Ras, the incredibly friendly owner who truly goes the extra mile to accommodate his guests. His hospitality made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area

Absolutely amazing stay! The owner is incredibly kind and responsive — truly rare to meet someone so attentive. It’s also almost impossible to find a place in this area where you can order food after 9 PM, but they prepared a full meal for us at 11 PM, and everything was delicious. The rooms are stylish, spotless, and super comfortable, and the property has a spectacular view — waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. On top of that, the owner upgraded our room for free, which was such a pleasant surprise, and even prepared a complimentary homemade breakfast that was absolutely wonderful. I genuinely recommend this place to everyone — great hospitality, great people, and a perfect experience overall!

The photos that advertise these parts of the house are really very professionally taken. So you shouldn't set your expectations TOO high. It corresponds absolutely to the facts, not that I hiker is misunderstood. 😉 Only a 9 because a) The apartment was not kept to the high standard, for example there is no option to hang up your clothes b) There is also an increased need for cleaning, especially in the kitchen area c) In my opinion you can't really cook there anyway, there are a lot of things missing d) When it is windy it drafts in the apartment, which I personally (!) found unpleasant. Personally, I also lacked a refrigerator, but I was allowed to used that one from the staff. Thanks for that. 🙂 As I understand, the apartment is powered by spring water, which is of course pretty cool. The breakfast that was delivered was very tasty. And the staff very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely magical! Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed. The private little pool just steps from our door was the cherry on top—pure bliss! No matter where you are, the breathtaking lake view follows you, adding to the serenity of the stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the owner’s warmth and kindness made us feel truly welcome. The concept of the 47 pools, each with different temperatures, is absolutely unique and a true highlight—we could have spent days exploring them all. We stayed at this hotel before our climb to the volcano. The manager was very friendly and pleasant. We enjoyed discovering this hotel as a new and comfortable place, and when we took a dip in the hot spring, we felt truly blissful. It was amazing! Book it without hesitation. Exact to the images shown, beautiful room and hot spring pool. Staff were very responsive and friendly on messaging, accommodated to our request for extra bed. Clean and comfortable. Staff onsite was very friendly and provided us with hot drinking water even though it was quite late when we arrived. Breakfast was tasty too. They also helped to arrange affordable sunrise jeep tour.
