We had a wonderful stay at this beach resort. The beachfront cottage provided a peaceful atmosphere with the soothing sounds of waves and nature. Although the main pool was under renovation, the staff ensured we had access to the VIP infinity pool with stunning ocean views, which was a great alternative. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and there were plenty of activities available (most at an extra cost). The staff was attentive and accommodating, making our family getaway even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The check in was very fast and the staff were super helpful in providing all the information needed for my following day’s flight. Provided free shuttle service to the airport terminal, rooms were clean and comfortable and staff very helpful to provide everything you need - Restaurant food was super good and the waiter Arif was extremely accommodating and helpful. Overall I am pleased with the exceptional customer service you usually find in Indonesia, and next time I have a connecting flight at Jakarta Airport that requires overnight stay, I would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay near Soekarno Hatta Airport in Jakarta .

We stayed here only for 1 night just as a stopover before we continue with our early morning domestic flight. We have chosen it because of its shuttle service to Airport and that it was very affordable. I suspect most guests stay here for the same purpose because the shuttle to the airport at 6.30 in the morning was full:) and they have breakfast buffet service start at 4 am, if I remember correctly. Although we didn't have time to try the breakfast, I saw a variety of choices. Only thing is that it was mainly Indonesian food and not many western choices. Still the room was very clean, very spacious and comfortable. We wished we had just a few more hours to really enjoy our stay.

The airport at Jakarta (like the other airports in Indonesia) has very limited choices for food. It seems they think all travelers want coffee and pastries. We did eat at a sit down restaurant with super oily food that was way below average and high priced (for Indonesia).

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and extremely helpful. When I called to say that I forgot to bring my contact lens at around 9 pm local time there, the staff managed to order one bottle for me online, have it delivered to the hotel and brought it up to my room personally. Kudos to him!!

Really cool mall shopping, amazzing night market street food( carful to any Foreigners youll be visiting the toilet often), dont go to the morning market unless you have high boots and a strong stomach. Grab app is great for getting around and ordering food. Most big shops take visa, but definitely bring a wad of 200k rpha with you they do have atms aroundthat you can withdraw money from. I recommend just about any of the spa services its cheep and really good. Over all this is a business district so not great for tourist. But has some cool things to do and see. I was there for about 2 weeks and only spent about about 2kusd including lodging, transportation,going out to eat every meal and buying way to much dumb stuff and about 6 spa sessions. So your money will get you pretty far if you from the uk or usa.

This hotel must have been an excellent place before the pandemic hit. I guess after pandemic due to lack of guests and no inflow of money the owner couldn’t maintain the place perfectly. Rooms are still great and the staff is above excellent, polite and very very helpful. View from the rooms and location of the hotel is great. Outdoors need big maintenance and cleaning. Landscaping was below average according to Indonesia standards. Water canals outside rooms have still water that was dirty and full of algae growth. There were lot of mosquitoes due to this still water. Management must do something to circulate the still water because it is spoiling the beauty of this place. Restaurant food needs improvement. We ate lunch here and the food was below average and expensive. Water park is good but same like other parts of the hotel it needs some cleaning and maintenance. Best thing about the hotel is room amenities and staff behavior. Staff is super polite, helpful and welcoming. Keep up the good service and pay attention towards maintenance of outdoors.

Excellent entry port to Indonesia, expedited, clean, spacious (no crowds), with good services. Importantly, there are hotels inside airport, one in Terminal 3 (international) and one in Terminal 2 (domestic) for short time to check-in counters. Staff are very helpful giving directions.

Atria Residence is close to the mall and has a unique and quiet location. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is spacious. All tools are available in the room. They have a helpful and kind staff, especially Mrs. Lita, who in turn helped me facilitate the entry procedures, and also helped me transfer the bags to the room herself, and this service I did not see in any other hotels since my many experiences in other countries, and she also explained additionally about the city of Tangerang and the tourist sites And the services available nearby.. I thank the management of Atria Hotels for hiring employees like Mrs. Lita to harness the services for the residents

We were unable to arrange a ride to the hotel through the...

We were unable to arrange a ride to the hotel through the hotel. They wanted to know where we were at the airport and there were no identifying door numbers, or curb markers to tell them. Then they wanted us to take a picture of where we were and send it to them.... There was no picture we could take that would identify exactly where we were. A huge airport, we'd never been there before, had been traveling for 24 hours and we were exhausted and overwhelmed. We finally just took a cab. The room was quiet - after the people in the hallway stopped talking loudly at 2:30 AM. The room was comfortable enough for our 18 hours there. Beds comfortable, room temperature was great.
