The Hyatt Regency hotel, gardens, grounds and path and beach directly in front are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Cant fault that at all. Great city to explore... wish we would have had more time to look around. Everyone we met or talked to were very friendly and kind. Highly recommend. Excellent location and beautifully right on the beach Italian restaurant on site on beachfront was nice. Easy to use a grab fro transport from hotel. Denpasar is often overlooked and yet has so much to offer. There is history, culture, good food and places with open space, great views and room to walk if you know where to look. It's also a great base from which you can visit other areas and enjoy unique experiences with little travel time. It was easy to get around but little to do nearby. A great turtle conservation centre that will keep most people occupied for up to an hour. I found Sanur to be a quiet and relaxing place. It had more of a chilled and relaxed vibe by the beach (not on the roads). Restaurants and warungs were easily accessible and we were spoilt for choice. Absolutely loved Denpasar, you felt that you were amongst the local of Bali and it was nice to see this part of Bali.
