Rooms were very clean, comfortable and well-appointed - we loved the long bay window couch. Swimming pool was a great place to relax. The area around the hotel offers easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, spas. It was easy to get a Grab when we wanted to go someplace further. But the best part of the stay had to be the staff. All of them - from the receptionists to the waiters to the staff in the lobby - were excellent, unfailingly helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast service was very prompt and thoughtful - when the staff saw our baby making a mess they were quickly on hand to help us.

However, only for those who understand to really appreciate the beauty of nature and who are pepared to respect the culture and dignity of the local community. This is the opposite of mass-tourism. The staff is super friendly, kind and gentle; always looking out to make your stay a special one. There ist a set of organized tours which give a deep and authetic insight into the local culture and variety of the landscape. Natuna is one world on one island; white sanded beaches, mountain, rainforest, diving, hiking etc. The food is authentic and fresh with a particular skill and bakeries.

    Lagoi is a great getaway place, and only an hour by ferry from Singapore. A wide variety of accommodation and many places to eat. We also went to the sand dunes and 'Blue lake' at Telaga Biru/Gurun Pasir Bintan.

    Nearby Nongsa beach but the beach is not clean.. the villa house we stay is just nice for a group of 6. But the house seems not been occupied for long, as it smells once you enter, the floor also not so clean. The aircon is not cold

    TP is not really a tourist place.

    TP is not really a tourist place. The infrastructure is not really developed and the rubbish and water pollution is not under control. Its certainly interresting to see a third world country , but without any help of local people a foreingner is lost.

    Nice chill getaway from bustling Singapore on a budget. It's a very commercial town with not many things to do. Great food, great people, beautiful sights and some light hikes. Not great for beaches though. If you do decide to have a dip, take note that many people there are very conservative in dress-wise. I wouldn't recommend a bikini.

    It was a very relaxing trip.

    It was a very relaxing trip. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room which faces the sea. We also enjoyed the snorkeling trip, the staff who went with us helped us to take pictures underwater. The equipment provided was safe and also adequate. The whole resort feels tranquil. Would be better if there is a gym.
