- From US$180.64 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 3,448 reviewsMerusaka Nusa Dua exceeded all my expectations and provided the ultimate resort-style getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning facilities, including world-class restaurants, luxurious pools, and an incredible spa that left us feeling completely rejuvenated. One of the highlights was the direct access to a private beach—an absolute paradise! The sand was pristine, the water was clear, and the entire area was beautifully maintained. Having a private beach also meant we could leave our valuables behind without any worries, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time by the sea. The resort’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying a delicious meal, or taking in the tranquil beach views, everything was perfectly orchestrated to create a memorable experience. I’m so glad we chose Merusaka Nusa Dua for our stay. If you’re looking for a luxurious resort with amazing facilities and a beautiful beach, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!Guest review byGabrielaNew Zealand

Uluwatu is much more expensive and luxury compared to the rest of Bali. The place is under a massive construction renovation, there are construction site everywhere so it will be very different in a couple of years. We enjoyed our 4 days there but there is definetly less activities except for luxurious cliff restaurant and beach clubs.Guest review byAliceAustralia - 8.0
Great hotel in the middle of some lovely restaurants.
Great hotel in the middle of some lovely restaurants. Rooms are tired in need of upgrades and painting , but were clean and a very powerful shower. Staff were amazing and a good buffet breakfast with fresh omelette/pancakes. Pool area was relaxing and could do with a few more sunbeds. Didn’t get to the beach but a good shuttle service available. Supermarket and ATM just across the road.Guest review byJayneUnited Kingdom - 6.0
Jimbaran is a good place to spend the last days of your trip...
Jimbaran is a good place to spend the last days of your trip — it’s close to the airport and convenient for departure. I especially like the Sidewalk Shopping Centre, where you can find Western food, good coffee, and food giftsto take home. The fish market is also a highlight — it’s the only place where I trust eating local oysters, always fresh. The beach itself isn’t crystal clear like Melasti, but it’s clean and free from rubbish, unlike Seminyak or Canggu. For those who want to see a different, more local side of Bali, Jimbaran is a great choice. Just be careful when choosing accommodation — pick something near the beach and away from the main road, so you can walk easily and avoid the heavy traffic.Guest review byI.BettiblueAustralia - 10.0

Uluwatu is a great area in general and recently has evolved into quite more of not just a surf point but also a gastronomic and fashion center of Bali's top towns. A great place to come and take a vacation, all of the beaches are great and the great thing is that there's something for everyone.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
Fantastic culture, some great places to go in the middle,...
Fantastic culture, some great places to go in the middle, and North of the Island. I spent a week in Ubud, then a week on the South coast. I could have spent 2 weeks in Ubud, and based most of my travels from there. Beaches in the South are something else, great surf, etc. Things to note which you may not expect. Traffic is mental. Most roads are bad, poorly surfaced, narrow and congested. Most people get around by scooter, which is fine, but be prepared for the fumes if you're doing more than a pop-to-the-shops on one. And the endless 'sell'. I was taking my own picture at a restaurant and was told I would have to pay for it (Rice Terraces) They aren't all like that, don't get me wrong, but they will push it. Fun can be had with haggling, Rule of thumb, offer half their asking price, then work back from there. Be prepared to be followed down the street if you don't buy it. Food is amazing. Try the local dishes, so much better than the same dishes back home. And why would you fly half way round the world to have fish & chips in a different country? And, getting there. Get your visa before going, they have 40-ish automated passport gates, which you can use if you have a digital passport. Use the Gojek App for taxi, or even food and other things whilst you're there (Like Uber).Guest review byAlanUnited Kingdom - 10.0

I recommend taking the shortcut on foot from the accommodation – turn left onto the main road, then immediately left again down a narrow alley. This will take you straight to the cafés, restaurants, shops, and spas. Be sure to visit Kelly's Warung at Bingin Beach, try a Pilates class at Fondue Studio, and enjoy dinner at Casa Asia.Guest review byKristinaCzech Republic - 8.0

Parts were lovely and the cliffs around the temple were amazing but be prepared for lots of traffic (especially scooters) so it takes a while to get anywhere and the public bits are a bit grotty. Couple of amazing places to eat (eg Nourish) and plenty of lovely massage options - we went to Zahra. Highly recommend going to a sunset dance performance - absolutely amazing!Guest review byNZ PennyNew Zealand - 6.0

Nusa dua was too isolated for family fun with young kids . We had divided our stay in Symniak and nusa but nusa was too far for evening life , food and fun activities for kids . We enjoyed Kuta and symniak area far more with lots to do for kids .Guest review bysaharAustralia - 10.0

Jimbaran is very laid back and traffic is not bad by Bali standards. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and spent most of our time there. We did have a family dinner on the beach at sunset and that was a great experience. We also had a fantastic dinner at an Indian restaurant near the beach. I can’t wait to visit jimbaran again with my grandson and learn to surf!Guest review byhumphrey - 10.0
