- From US$442.93 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 262 reviewsWow what a place. Super helpful upon check-in, we had been delayed by storms in London and they made sure our process was speedy, called the restaurant we had booked ahead of our reservation to warn them we may be a little late, and sorted our taxi ahead of time. We made my wife’s birthday dinner and it was all down to Hayfields staff. Our suite was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious. We would stay nowhere else when repeat visiting Cork as we do. Thank youGuest review byJamesUnited Kingdom

Cork is a very vibrant, walkable, trendy city.
Cork is a very vibrant, walkable, trendy city. I highly recommend doing the get on - get off bus and getting off at any stops that interest you. There's so much more to the city than just the centre hub. The English market is great for all your fresh food needs! Meat, veg, fish, baking ... Especially if you've got a kitchen where you're staying! It was exciting to explore through there. The old Cork Gaol was very interesting. We spent hours there exploring rooms and I highly recommend the audio tour. You're not going to get the same experience from the paper tour. Our time in Cork just wasn't long enough! We had breakfast at Spitjacks ... I highly recommend! Visit the Blarney castle! Go early & try to be 1 of the first up to the stone if you're doing that ... The crowds come thick & fast & if you're back at the beginning of the castle, it can be up to an hour wait & longer. Explore the gardens ... They're full of really cool stuff! There's not really a lot to do in Blarney itself but a stroll in the garden is great!Guest review byTePaniaAustralia - 10.0

Kinsale is a gorgeous place with lovely scenery and lovely people. Lots of unusual shops and lovely tea rooms and places to eat. A lovely harbour and has a market day also. When raining there is a museum to visit(if no rain, worth a visit) also Art Galleries. A big choice of places to eat also. All of the places are easy to reach on foot.Guest review bymartinUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Great town. See the Michael Collins museum and story. Go to Dingle, it’s not far. Killarney is a half hour down the road, great little town. Go look into the Clonokilty Catholic Church downtown, it is magnificent.Guest review byMartyCanada - 10.0

We were only there 1 night , would like another 24 hours to enjoy a walk or go to spike island. We visited for a 30th birthday part held in the titanic bar. Very young crowd tgere besides party attendeesGuest review byMargaretIreland - 8.0
The whole stay was excellent.
The whole stay was excellent. Eden Crest is outside of the town of Bantry, where the eating places are. Fine if you are a good walker, it’s not too far so it wouldn’t be expensive to get a taxi if you didn’t want to drive in.Guest review byMaryUnited Kingdom - 6.0
The proximity to Ballyhass water park was very convenient.
The proximity to Ballyhass water park was very convenient. Unfortunately, the restaurants close very early (between 9 and 10 pm). So it is very difficult to get a decent late meal. We would recommend the Khao Asian restaurant, it was fantastic. We would NOT recommend rhe Hibernian Hotel. The food is absolutely awful.Guest review byColmIreland - 8.0
We were only passing through and stayed for one night.
We were only passing through and stayed for one night. It's an easy place to find your way around in. Has a number of good pubs for a drink or two and good restaurants. We had an excellent dinner at Salinas Bistro which does a mix of Middle-Eastern and Irish dishes.Guest review byJanetCanada - 10.0
Great place to meet true Irish local people once the day...
Great place to meet true Irish local people once the day trippers had gone home. Try and avoid corporate or chain hotels. Find a pub, or private hotel even a B & B near the Green cum entrance to the CastleGuest review byKenneth - 10.0
Good location, short drive into both Bantry & Glengariff.
Good location, short drive into both Bantry & Glengariff. Beautiful ocean views and saw many rainbows from the property. Excellent breakfast. Mo's hospitality was over the top in every way. Advised us of places to see off the beaten path. Gave us great dining recommendations in both Glengariff & Bantry. We had already been in Ireland for a couple weeks so we a wanted a bit more of a relaxed itinerary so we explored Garnish island, Beara Peninsula, & Gougane Barra monastery. We thoroughly enjoyed our time visiting with Mo. Hope to return again some day real soon.Guest review byGDUnited States - 10.0
I loved stopping off and seeing the city walls.
I loved stopping off and seeing the city walls. I did both the church audio tour and the clock tower gate tour. Both the audio tour and the clock tower tour were excellent and helped me to get my bearings. I enjoyed going for a swim in the local pool where the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely visit Youghal again with my family in the futureGuest review byTom
