- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 4,573 reviewsWe arrived very early and the staff were super accommodating. Checked us in early and took our luggage (though our room wasn't ready). When we returned to the hotel later in the day we were given our room keys straight away and found our luggage already in our room. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and there was a lovely message and sweet treat waiting for us. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We loved the history and story of the hotel. Period features throughout the hotel was a lovely touch and our bathroom was beautifully appointed. Location was very good.Guest review byAmandaUnited Arab Emirates

The kind of room you immediately take off your shoes in. The location is excellent with most places for eating and drinking within 5 minutes walking and even the Titanic museum being only 20 minutes away. Very friendly staff and beautiful facilities. This hotel was just such a pleasure to stay at.Guest review byYukioNetherlands

It was my grandson birthday gift as he has always been interested about the history of the titanic he made a ship of the titanic at school and it is still on display at the school my daughter took my grandson on the tour of the titanic so I had a few hours to my self I went into Belfast city as it was walking distance from our apartment I meet up with my family and we had a meal at the chip restaurant I ordered a starter course of mussels for myself and grandson they were in a garlic sauce and for our main meal we had fish and chips the staff were Very friendly and nothing was a problem for them I would recommend other to try this restaurant we all went on the hop on hop of bus I got very emotional when we got to the shankill road when I seen all the face on the wall and the histery behind it thank god it's not like that to day if I had to go back to Belfast I would book up for longer as 4days wasn't enoughGuest review byRicky - 8.0
Enjoyed the history of Derry and the Walls tour.
Enjoyed the history of Derry and the Walls tour. Lots of lovely walks. The river is pretty and the city centre full of character. Didn't enjoy the 'fireworks/bangers' that local youths were setting off randomly. I found that quite intimidating so close to the city walls. Made me fearful of walking the streets to the Bogside area to check out the wall murals and historical area. Be mindful of buying food at Don's chippy on Bishop Street. We ordered fish and chips for 4. They gave us 2 pieces of fish each! We didn't know. Everyone in the place smirked and were keen to tell us that we wouldn't be able to eat it all. Pity the owner wasn't so forthcoming! We had to throw over half of it away. Just be upfront with customers, especially if they are out of towners. Such a waste of our money and their food. Disappointing.Guest review byTiger 32Australia - 10.0

The rough sea surrounding the whole peninsula. The accessibility of everywhere for walking. The beauty of the peninsula. The upkeep of the promenade areas is good & very clean. The area has many beautiful sites and walks which would have been enjoyable in better weather. The Geological Park is worth exploring. The Catholic Church in Irvinetown has an incredible display of carved wooden statues. The detail is amazing.Guest review byAnnUnited States - 8.0

Newcastle is a typical seaside town, with plenty of facilities, but unfortunately a few years ago it lost it's beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of places to eat, not just fish and chip shops, and a few pubs. Beware of Quinn's on a Saturday night if you don't like loud music. Easy to walk about, though not easy to drive through.Guest review byHazel SladeUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Such a special area. There is so much to see and do. Cutest little shops. Nature and Natural beauty is everywhere. You are practically tripping over the next inspiring view point. I was so happy the whole time we were there. Pubs, Beaches, Nature, People watching, We were there in the Autumn. It was easy to get parking. I can see that this area would be very popular. Loads of golf around. I am not into that but all the green adds to the beauty of the area.Guest review byKathrynUnited Kingdom - 8.0

There are some well-known spots worth visiting, like the Giant’s Causeway — though maybe a bit overrated. Let’s say it’s a must for first-time visitors. A really positive and unexpected surprise was visiting Belfast and the Titanic Experience — we really enjoyed it!Guest review byMauroItaly - 10.0

We wanted a quiet break with good amenities which we found in plenty. We walked along the beach before breakfast each morning and even saw a small pod of Dolphins - superb. With regard to eating, avoid the Marine Hotel! The Diamond Restaurant and Fish and Chips by the Harbour were excellentGuest review byJANETUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The little town Camlough we stayed in was really lovely and you can walk around it's shops easily as they are close together. Great variety of places to eat and a large nisa extra convenient store. Being a coffee lover, I never seen as many signs advertising coffee available along our traveling route it was amazing but such a tease as you can't be having coffee pit stops every 5 minutes or my partner would just leave me out by one of the coffee trailers for the whole day by myself lol.Guest review byNoeleen - 10.0

It was a great location for touring the Causeway coast and visiting Derry. The shopping centre in the town was great. Every shop you could imagine. Enjoyed eating in the restaurant called Coopers - recommend. Petrol in most places at around £1.25 a gallon - liked thatGuest review byMichaelUnited Kingdom
