It was extremely wonderful from check in to check out, big rooms and large bathrooms with enough space from excellent facilities to cruisine to neatness. When we arrived we had a few requests which was met and beyond. You feel everything is clean all the time. Staff are friendly and very helpful. There are always fruits and delicious biscuits to enjoy. A variety of restaurants and bar. The ambience smell and aesthetics of the place is immaculate. Highly recommend The Leela Palace for your next stay in Dehli.

They offered to pick us up from the airport at no cost but our tour included a driver so we didn't take them up on that. Unfortunately our driver had problems getting to their location and we were circling the area. The hotel's general manager Aami actually hunted down our car by foot and hoped in to guide our driver. As soon as we stepped foot into the nice hotel, they treated us wonderfully. They brought our bags up to the room, welcomed us with drinks and made sure we were comfortable. I told Aami to order us a dinner with dishes he recommended and it made our long travel day so worthwhile. The curries were so rich and flavourful and the Masala Chai was the best we had on the trip. The food was brought to us by room service and they have a new restaurant opening up on the top floor of the hotel. We were introduced to the owner of the hotel who made us feel right at home and showed me the restaurant space they were renovating with a beautiful rooftop patio that is opening up over the next week. I would recommend eating here, the food was delicious and safe for foreigners. The room was nicely decorated, very clean and offered hot water and air conditioning!

Breakfast was very good , again all staff in the restaurant was ready to go out of the way to get you anything you wanted. Food in all restaurants is very good. Food in restaurant Oouddh was excellent. Air conditioning was very good and so was hot water in the bathroom. we were a party of 14 and had booked 7 executive suites and they were fairly big and comfortable.overall experience 5star. we have stayed many times and will stay again.

very nice stay with excellent staff - bellboys and restaurant staff is amazing and the performance was outstanding. dinner buffet best offer after various 5 * hotels before. room is exactly as promoted on booking and not too small. calm pool area with smoking options in the yard. high security standard. nice area to walk around and 4 minutes to the mall with more than 20 restaurants, cafes and bars- mini market has a huge offer of sweets, snacks and drinks and shampoos or other first needs. normal prices as well.

I love that place. I must say people should visit and must try civil line chole bhature, aravali hills and mamy more things about their interest and even they catch all the things in gurgaon they can go to Delhi and udaipur.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel AT RESIDENCY The rooms were spotless, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. I had the most horrible and shocking experience at this...

I had the most horrible and shocking experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. I had booked a room with a balcony, but on arrival, I was given a room without a balcony. The room I had actually booked was left uncleaned, stinking, and completely dirty, and that was the excuse given to me. The room service staff, Dinesh, behaved extremely rudely. He refused to get the room cleaned, did not show the room properly, and carried an unacceptable level of attitude for someone working in hospitality. To make things worse, I had ordered 12 parathas, but they served only 1 paratha and acted as if it was normal. No apology, no correction. The room allotted to me, Room 106, was filthy. The washroom lights kept blinking, and when I complained, the staff shamelessly said this is their “fashion and style” in every room. Completely ridiculous! And then came the most shocking incident: When I refused to pay for the bad and incorrect food served at night, the manager, Ravi, started shouting and threatening, saying he would break the glass of my car. He then abused my wife openly on the road, which was absolutely disgraceful and terrifying. This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional — it's unacceptable and unsafe. To add to everything, we didn’t even get breakfast in the morning. No one informed us about the breakfast timings, and at 10 AM the staff bluntly said breakfast is over, without taking any responsibility. This hotel has zero hygiene, zero professionalism, and zero respect for guests. From dirty rooms to rude staff to violent threats — this was the worst of the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel. STAY AWAY. For your safety and sanity.

Three to four days trip could have been better to see all the important placed in and around Alwar. Besides Sariska jungle safari, there are other places of tourist attraction, such as Bhangar Fort, Nilkanth Mahadeb Temple, Hanuman Pole Temple, Sariska Lake, etc. For nature lovers visiting Sariska both morning and evening slots would be more exciting, which may give a sure chance to spot tiger in wilderness.

We also saw antelope, deer and a couple of jackal. We decided to walk and were up for the 06.00 opening. We covered about 10km on foot over 4 hours. Wear good shoes or boots if you are going to do this. Rinkesh carried a Japanese telescope with him which was just brilliant for the long distance birds. The plus on going in late April was that although the migratory birds were not there, the water was low so the wading birds were very close.

Neemrana Fort palace located in Alwar rajasthan is a must visit location for one. it has a different view for all categories of room, good activities, good taste of food that they offer. It is simply the best. we stayed for 1 day and it was full of activities.

Mandir hopping within Goverdhan area was great! Lot of historical things to see and history to soak in! Walking on the well-made pathways for "Parikrama" was perfect! Try doing the parikrama at night [24hrs open]. We went to Radha Kund and Shyam Kund for snan [Holy Dip]! Food in Goverdhan is Pure Veg [No Onion No Garlic] and still capable of being delicious! Very memorable and Great Experience! Highly Recommended!
