    Everything abouy the hotel was perfect. The location is perfect. 20-40 min drive from the top turist attractions in Puglia. ( Alberobello 6 min, Monopoli 20 min, Zoosafari 20 min, Polignano al mare 25 min, Ostuni 40 min) The staff is super friendly, and were never bothered by my noisy kids. The pool is perfect to rest.     Location was fabulous and the staff wonderful. The hotel is in the controlled zone for cars but you can drive to the check in and the concierge valet parks the car.     Beautiful old town, with a huge number of restaurants and bars. Food was excellent throughout. Staff everywhere were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help. We visited in September and it was very busy - We can only imagine it is too crowded and too hot in peak summer months. Be aware that beaches are small, but there are a number of them, within walking distance, or by taxi to larger beach clubs. The old town is really beautiful, with tiny streets, squares and alleyways. Worth packing comfy shoes and just wandering.

    We were based in Polignano since it’s closer to Alberobello, Ostuni and Locorotondo, which we visited. For my mother, who uses a walker, 3-4 days were just right, but the rest of us could stay and explore Puglia towns for longer. Polignano’s streets are beautiful,with lovely shops, bars and restaurants. Beach and bridge are spectacular and a bit windy in October.

    Beautiful old town area, quite compact with lovely restaurants and cafes. A few shops selling tasteful clothing and gifts, no tacky tourist tat. Stunning views across the surrounding countryside from many view points. Two nights gave us the opportunity to explore in a relaxing way but it’s possible a day trip would be enough for some. We enjoyed visiting Mandragon for both breakfast and in the evening for dinner. Best lasagna we’ve ever eaten.

    We love Altamura and its people.

    We love Altamura and its people. My grandparents came from here and it feels like home. The culture and rhythm of this city truly reflects Italian Life! It is not overpopulated with tourists. Definitely worth coming to if you want to feel relaxed and be a part of Italian life!

    Giovinazzo is a great little town, especially the historic centre. Less touristy than other places. Great fun exploring the little alleyways and squares. Plenty of restaurants serving excellent food,though we struggled to find just bars...we were there towards the end of their season though, so maybe more options in peak season? A good base for visiting Bari, Trani plus other sights inland

    Lovely typical authentic Italian town with interesting Centro Storico with its good range of cafes, restaurants and historical sights. No Sky Sports bars, Irish pubs or Sunday Roast Beef dinners (thankfully) ! Very family friendly and a good base to explore the wider area. Definitely not a tourist trap - mostly locals

    The old town was a delight, so long as one was aware of the bicycles, scooters, motorbikes and even cars sharing the narrow streets with you and lots of other pedestrians, in both directions! Plenty of nice restaurants, a few interesting museums, many churches and pleasant walking along the sea and harbour edges as well as on the remains of the city wall.
