We had a lovely experience. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is brand new and done to a great standard. It was our first time in Cortina and did not know what is where. The staff was so nice, they offered to drive us to show us where it is. The breakfast was always lovely and overall a great experience. I highly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It was a nice hotel run by the family, the personnel was really nice and helpful. It is centrally located, just at town square at the main basilica. The room was rather comfortable, with a spacious balcony facing the church and the high street. The incredible view of the Dolomites can be caught from the balcony as well. The room got all the facilities, the bed was comfortable; there was a TV, a little table and chairs. The WC/shower was newly decorated with a hair dryer, clean towels, shower gel, soap. The standard breakfast was served: boiled eggs, toasts, flakes, yogurts, tea/coffee etc. The hot baked croissants were served very fresh and yummy.

Simply amazing! We received a welcome drinks once we checked in and at the reception you are welcome with freshly baked cookies. Breakfast was exceptional, continental breakfast with plenty of choice (sweet and salty dishes). We also had dinner and we had a chance to enjoy antipasti - primo - secondo and caffè all served with wine white or red. Each evening there was a different choice from a la carte. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and waitresses. We’ve been all allowed a late check out - thank you for that! Hotel is also offering a free bus which brings you to the nearest ski lifts (Fertazza).

We had 2 rooms in the hotel and were delighted with our stay. The gentleman on reception was very welcoming and a great help to newcomers visiting the area. He made us feel at home. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are excellent. There are great walks within few minutes drive.....some of the most stunning scenery in Europe I would say!! A great place for a visit to the Dolomites.

Fantastic location in a perfect little town that has everything. Our second time in one of the apartments at the hotel. Easy access to Cortina and walks in the Dolomites and free loan of mountainbikes at the hotel. The hotel has developed the spa area, with a new outdoor pool and relaxation area, in addition to a reasonably sized indoor pool. All in all a very relaxing place to stay.

Great location, close to ski bus stop and in the main pedestrian street for après ski time. Very good breakfast. There is also a very good restaurant within the hotel, visited by outside guests. Staff is friendly and helpful. When we realized that family room we booked was more suitable for smaller children, they kindly provided upgrade to two connected rooms, no additional charge.

It's not the cheapest town in the area, and not every place has the same high standards. Lots of Olympic construction going on, both in town and all around, so watch out for delays and possible noise. But you'll get over that once you smell the air and see the views. This is the Alsager then some

The location is in a quiet spot far from the business. The view from the balcony is magnificent. Everything is well maintained. We cooked our meals just like home. Grocery shops just a short walk from the unit.

We chose this place since we were looking for a room with air conditioning near Cortina d'Ampezzo. Boca di Cadora is a very small town , and it takes 15 minutes to get to Cortina D'amezzo , which is a central town and a better choice for day trips in the dolomit area. There was nothing to do in Boca di Cadora in the summer.

Mountains, landscape, stores, everything is amazing. Few but excellent restaurants, fully recommended Antiqua Pizzeria, hidden place with incredible plates, service and prices. Auronzo is a exquisite place where you can find peace and fresh air for a complete soul's renovation.

Great base for exploring the Dolomites.

Great base for exploring the Dolomites. Lovely setting with mountains on all sides of the lake which was also very picturesque to stroll around or you could take a pedalo or a rowing boat. Recommended eateries: Quinz and Pizzeria Eidelweiss. Great if you wnat to join the queue for the car park for Tre Cime bright and early to ensure you get in.

We had an absolutely perfect experience during our 5-day stay at Garni Civetta, tucked away in the stunning Italian Dolomites. From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel owners, a truly kind couple who made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring the beauty of the Dolomites. Nice quaint small town located in the Dolomites. Strongly suggest avoiding it between July and early September. Far too many people to really enjoy it. Our prior visit was in mid-October 2023 and it was much better as tourist and holiday season was over. Weather was better in October as well, not too hot, so hiking was much more pleasant.

Awesome location, close to good supermarket, restaurants and park Easy short drive to some spectacular hikes. It was busy in August but not too hard to get off the beaten track. Good take-away pizza from the spagetteria restaurant.
