The staff was absolutely amazing. They were helpful with everything, polite and cheerful. The breakfast lady always prepared the same table for us that we appreciated very much! The room we got was stunning! We got the view over the river, very quiet room, spacious and clean. The facilities like pool, spa - clean, you can order drinks by the pool. The hotel and facilities look even nicer in real life than in pictures. For Breakfast there is plenty of choices, great coffee, croissants, very delicious homemade eggs and fruit. Breakfast with a beautiful view and sounds of the river.

A very nice hotel i the centre of Malcesine, perfect location, close to most of places to visit. The room was rather big with a nice balcony with a view over the main square. The room and the bathroom were fresh and clean. Very helpful and kind staff. The breakfast was very good, a lot of thing to chose from. Free parking, even if it took approx 15 min to walk there, but it was a lovely walk by the sea.

It was one of the best places I’ve stayed. Breakfast was great, all sorts of pastries, eggs, bread, meat and cheese. Staff was helpful and all the queries were done in minutes. The view from the window is fantastic. I have got a birthday decoration in my room and the next day at the breakfast a member of staff brought a cupcake with a candle. This was an absolute surprise and I didn’t inform hotel about my birthday stay.

The town is divine, the surroundings are neat, clean, smiling and friendly people. Despite the bustle of tourists in the evening, it was pleasant and relaxing. The whole city smells of good food, it's hard to choose where to eat and what to eat. The food, I can't describe how good it was. The stomach sings.     This place is absolutely magical. Our apartment was clean , bright, and the room where my kids were was really beautiful. We had a garden view, and there we had total privacy and a lot of places for kids to play. Always hot water , small but well equipped kitchen,it was true enjoyment cooking there . Everyone around was very respectful to sleeping hours, plus the apartment has good sound isolation. Mornings were beautiful, with sun rays breaking through the olive trees , and the sound of birds was making the atmosphere in the garden so perfect that I could spend a lifetime there enjoying it . The pool was great too ,kids enjoyed slides ,one of the pools has heated water . The walk through camp was really something, lake walk also and if you are lucky to catch a clear day , sunset will leave you speechless. Cappuccino and croissants in camp restaurant are excellent , and the personnel working there are extremely polite. I really hope I will come back to Le Palme in the future, and definitely I would love to stay much more days than I did now .

    The property was impressive from the drive up to the entrance. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. we were a family of 7 split across 3 rooms. 2 of our rooms were adjoining so that we could keep an eye on our young children. There were various food options across the three Gardaland hotels, and plenty of entertainment throughout the day for young kids. The staff were amazing - so friendly, particularly Giacomo who welcomed us like family every time we came to the main dining room. The dinner buffet, although fairly pricey, was the best we have ever had. Access to the amazing Gardaland theme park was easy via the free shuttle.

    The hotel is a higher end sea side resort. The hotel is fairly modern and very well kept. The location couldn't be any better. The resort has a gorgeous pool area and bar/eatery. It is right beside the lake and there is a pathway from the hotel that goes right beside the lake to downtown. We had both the included buffet breakfast and the evening buffet dinner (22 Euros) per person and I can only say 'WOW'. The room that we booked through Bookings.com was unimpressive. we decided to pay an additional 50 Euro per night and upgraded to a very nice room with a balcony. The extra money was well worth it.

    Everything. We stayed in bungalow. It was clean, comfortable, inside you can find everything what you need for vacation. In territory pools were fantastic, especially that one with water slides. Animation team plays a lot with kids, nice mini disco at the evenings. Fantastic sunsets every evening. In territory is two restaurants, shops, bars. So you can relax and find everything what you need :)

    Everything was great! The hotel has top location and is very beautiful. The restaurant and the bar are amazing, excellent food and cocktails combined with unforgettable sunset views.     Easily reached from Verona and an interesting place with...

    Easily reached from Verona and an interesting place with it's massive Venetian style defensive walls. It has a couple of pretty areas, but there isn't a lot else of historic interest here. Plenty of nice places to eat though, with Osteria Rivelin and Amici Miei Tipicoteca the standouts that we tried. From here you can use the ferries and buses to go elsewhere quite easily - as long as you are relaxed about bus timetables. Theme parks Gardaland and Movieland are pretty close by as well, for the kids. Finally, the people are lovely and friendly everywhere.

    Really enjoyed staying in Bardolino. Plenty of shops and spoilt for choice when it came to restaurants. It’s quite busy even late September and I wouldn’t want to go during the peak summer months for this reason but also the heat.

    Great selection of bars, restaurants and cafes, well situated on the lake to get to other parts by bus or boat. Compact town. very easy and quick to get around. Got up and down the lake to Sirmione, Gard, Malcesine, over to Limone. Portese and Gardone slower pace but lovely on the West side of the lake. Classique is a must restaurant as is is Taverna Marconi in Lazise. Too many nice bars to name. Nice market while we were there with great food and leather goods. We didn't do watersports but there are plenty of options, big motor camper sites in the town.

    Garda is a beautiful town with lots of lovely restaurants along the promenade. The town is ideally placed for exploring the other towns on Lake Garda by bus and boat. We visited Desenzano and Sirmione to the South, Malcesine and Torbole to the North. We also went to Peschiera and got the Frecciarossa train to Venice for the day. The lake has charming little towns and spectacular mountain views. Very beautiful.

    The Italian Language was second and English 3rd.

    The Italian Language was second and English 3rd. Kitchen facilities were to a minimal. No laundering facilities available. The launderette was out of order for our whole stay and asking for more money to replace the towels in our appartment was a complete joke as there were no facilities to wash our towels or bathers. Had tempestuous nights. Very frightening if not advised. Remote controllers for 2 out of the 3 TV's were not working. Apart from all the above, the views were spectacular and near by towns, that were a little bit bigger were beautiful in their own right. We personally would not got back.

    Clean tranquil small town with just enough services, restaurants, parks, multiple parking lots, camp ground, stores, pharmacies and close to Garda Lake attractions. Lots of bicyclists! You can walk to everything. My favorite place is the thermal lake and park which has everything you need for one day: sun beds ($), tables and chairs indoors and outdoors (take out your food on a tray or picnic with your own food) and around the lake, restrooms, lockers, showers, hair dryers, bar serving pizza, sandwiches, cake and ice cream and alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and cafeteria serving hot dishes, etc. Golf cart transport from entrance for the disabled.

    Very cute small village, it has super nice restaurants and bars. I liked walking around and going to Borghetto, which is the best part of the city on the river. It is also very close to Lago di Garda, we went there by car in 20 minutes and we enjoyed the beach there. It is easy to access, from Milan 2 hours of drive.
