We stayed whilst running one of the Monte Rosa runs. We couldn't fault our stay. Hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly (driving us up the mountain from the bottom of the village at request and cooking us some food late after we finished our run). The rooms were well equipped, food and drinks were great, and fantastic view and location (if you want easy access to trail routes or ski slopes). Definitely recommend.

I have been there with my wife and a kid during summertime. Location is very nice, just close the chairlift to Punta Jolanda, which is an amazing place to visit. The hotel has also an available parking for free, just around the corner. Room and SPA was great, clean, comfortable and simply amazing, a real lovely place where to spend time with partner and/or family. Hotel has also a great restaurante for the dinner, which was full of local specialities, and the included breakfast was awesome as well. Annamaria was a great host, I recommend everybody to spend some time there and visit Gressoney.

The hotel is almost like a trip back in time. Very comfortable beds and very delicous meals and breakfast. They were very accommodating to adapt the meals for vegetarians. The bread at dinner and the croissant in the morning was so delicious, I bet even the French would be jealous.

Staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious with fresh cakes, breads and juices. The room was cozy, comfortable, spacious and well renovated. Everything worked very well. We did not have any issues with parking, there was enough space for the car. The location of the hotel was good little bit outside of the village.

One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had – unforgettable experience! I stayed here during the UTMB 50 km ultramarathon in Monterosa, and everything about the experience was absolutely perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, with incredibly comfortable rooms and breathtaking views – truly a place where you can relax and feel at peace after a challenging race. But what truly made this stay so special was the staff. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but rarely have I met people so warm, understanding, and genuinely kind. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such friendliness and care that it immediately felt like home. A huge thank you especially to the amazing team at the reception and the wonderful people at the bar – you really made our time unforgettable. I’d like to mention a few individuals who made a big difference during our stay: Giada, Wasim, Karen, Laura and Nicola – you are all exceptional, and your hospitality meant so much to us. If you’re ever in Gressoney-La- Trinité for a Ski or Race or Vacation or just a getaway – I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Swimming pool with the warm water to relax after the ski day, saunas, play room with table football, pool and table tennis. There was even a kid club where you could leave your kid attended if he is too young to ski (did not try, thus do not know details about the service). The rooms were quite nice, size could be slightly bigger (in my case the sofa was used for sleep thus occupied half of the room), but that was expected and exactly like shown on the photos. Our room was in great condition with a breathtaking view to the valley.

Really friendly staff! My daughter and I enjoyed having a delicious hot chocolate/ Negroni and chatting to the wonderful barman. The location is excellent, you are metres from the lift. A nice filling breakfast with lots of different choices and some local specialities. Ski lockers and heated boot room, so you have nice dry boots to step into. We thought the locally made soap and body wash was nice.

The staff was so welcoming and nice, and super helpful! We had some delays with our arrival which they accommodated for us, and helped out with all our questions. The location is great for skiing — close enough, but in an area with some restaurants etc. They have everything you need for a ski holiday, including great coffee.

No lift queues, well-groomed slopes, great restaurants, good value for money. Somewhat slow lifts and relatively narrow slopes, especially during peak hours when the slopes were crowded. If it has snowed, the off-piste skiing in Alagna must be superb.

A beautiful little town. Very quiet during the week. Comes to life on a Friday night when the holiday home owners arrive from the city. Close enough to the main skiing at top of valley. Great 20 min bus service, or you can drive up the windy road.

The buses run frequently.

The buses run frequently. Hotel offered a shuttle to the Punta Jolanda lift, but if you want to get stuck right into it we'd recommend driving or the bus up to Staffal lift area for quicker access to Champoluc. Little shop up in the village is well stocked - great bread, cheese, wine and treats. Also good for food-based gifts to take home.
