It is a nice little house, located inside the old city. The location is unbeatable, but parking can be complicated, especially with all the construction works that are ongoing everywhere in the city. The host is really nice, when we arrived they have even provided cold water in the fridge for us(it was very hot). They also have coffee pods and almost everything you need for breakfast. The bathroom is well equiped and well designed so that everything is usable. The rooms can be a bit dark, but we appreciated the coolness when we came from outside where it was really hot. It was the place where we felt the best received from all our trip to italy

Casa Friano is an absolute gem. Beautiful old farm building in excellent condition with greenery and flowers everywhere. The views are spectacular with the Sebilini mountains in the distance. Very good breakfast with perfect coffee, Charming hosts that are super friendly and helpful. Sparkling clean, comfortable accommodation. We could not be more happy.
