beautiful location, secluded not too far from Florence. amazing country side estate with lots of green. and a pool! the land ladies, mrs. gemma and her sister are absolutely wonderful. the breakfast is super cute, beautifully and interestingly served buffet. and on the first night we caught a food truck - such a fun experience! the room is quite comfortable, huge bed, with a mini bar and a nice bathroom. the shower cabin is quite unique! I've been to many hotels, for my previous congress work, but this one is really something special. I will definitely not forget it any time soon and sure hope to revisit even sooner.

The whole place is incredible, rooms beautifully arranged with all the things you need. Hosts are trying to make your stay even more unforgettable with their smiling, helpful and warm attitute. We spend wonderful 3 days there, surely recommend this place in the middle of little town in mountains.

Friendly staff above all. Restaurant was nice. Bar area really good with snacks to buy Wine was good and much better value than UK Rooms were very clean with good shower. We could not have asked for anything more really. We did not have car and staff helped with transportation - local knowledge.

The staff is really friendly and lovely. The room smells so good and everything was so clean. The property is really beautiful, new and well decorated.

It is very difficult to pinpoint what I liked, and the reason is that everything was amazing. But let's just summarize several aspects: (1) The host - Maria and her husband are so polite and nice people, sharing all the information and providing everything that you need. They are doing a magnificent job providing people a wonderful Tuscan experience. (2) The accommodation - A splendid Tuscan house, with a amazing garden (and also a pool), and suited furniture. The bed was comfortable, and the room size was perfect. The overall scenery is rather spectacular with all the little details. (3) The breakfast - actually is more like a open bar breakfast like in the big hotels, with everything that you need (not just sweet things typically for Italians, but also cheese, ham, and vegetables). (4) The cleanliness was perfect! Overall, I believe to be one of the best B&B from all my travels.
