Stunning location with views that are magical, we were in room 27 and sat on the balcony for many hours mesmerised. Would love to come back, have reserved 2 rooms for New Years Eve + a few days and really hope to make it back

The staff were absolutely lovely — from the oldest to the youngest, everyone was kind and welcoming. Even though breakfast options for Muslims were limited, everything we tried was delicious. The lady who served the food was incredibly sweet. We also had dinner at the property and it was amazing! The place itself was clean, peaceful, and gave such a calming vibe — I’d definitely go back.

    We did not expect the room to be so big when we booked! There was a big living space with a huge TV, large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom, and two balconies, one with the most beautiful view of the Dolomites. The entire room and bathroom were very clean and the hot water shower had a good amount of pressure. Staff were very friendly and helpful with giving recommendations in the area. There was a beautifully maintained garden with deck chairs and shelters for use as well, but unfortunately because we were only there for the night we did not use it.

    Amazing hotel. Off season and the staff is really great. At breakfast the employees bringing all kind of special treats during the meal. The cable rail to Bolzano is less then a minute walk and it's free to use through the hotel. We took the room with the garden view. Fantastic experience. Will visit again for sure.

    We loved the spacious chalet with its own fireplace and sauna. The food and wine was delicious and the wellness area, pool, and activities were top notch. We enjoyed a complementary wine tasting, yoga and relaxing sound bath meditation. We didn’t want yo leave and would definitely come back

    We were lucky not to find a place in Bolzano and found...

    We were lucky not to find a place in Bolzano and found ourselves in Collalbo. The region of Ritten/Ronen is beautiful, and from it is easy to access Bolzano via public transport, including the cable car which operates until 22:45. The village has several cafes, a baker, a supermarket and visitor center. The main attraction in the area are the Earth pyramids, but it is nice to just walk around the many paths.
