- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 113 reviewsThe hotel and staff exceeded our expectations! The suite and views from the hotel are even more impressive than the photos. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need for your stay, and the staff is exceptionally kind and helpful with any additional requests. We were travelling with our puppy, and everyone made sure he had a wonderful stay as well. :) The food in the restaurant, whether for breakfast, dinner, or afternoon snacks, was excellent! Each day offered different options, and the quality of the food was AMAZING. The table service was also impeccable. The spa and wellness area is perfect for those days when you want to relax at the hotel. It is very clean and well-maintained, offering a variety of pools and saunas for guests to enjoy. The massages and treatments are an added bonus, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff in that area were very friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient if you want to explore hiking trails, as it is about a 1 to 1.5-hour drive to the most renowned spots. Additionally, within a 5-minute walk, you can access shops and bars in San Cassiano. What impressed us the most was the hotel staff, who were consistently helpful, polite, and kind to us and our puppy. The attention to detail was exceptional, with thoughtful touches that ensured a stress-free holiday. :)Guest review byEmaNorth Macedonia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 294 reviewsWe were greeted with a very warm welcome at reception. The hotel is super clean, our room was beautiful and big, with a balcony that had a stunning view of the mountains. I chose the hotel for the location, views and the wellness centre and it didn’t disappoint. The wellness centre was perfect just what we needed after long days on the mountains, I even managed to fit in a lovely massage. The sky terrace has the best views, best place to relax. The food was really good with a buffet every evening before the courses began. The staff were all really friendly. Will be back for sureGuest review byTraceyUnited Kingdom

Supplied us with extra food when we asked and packed us breakfast as we departed to the airport early, Hotel location and services are ideal for ski vacation in the area, Room was excellent as we needed to cook (with electric stove and not a conductive one) as well as fridge. Pool and SPA are just right to complete the experience. Thanks so much!Guest review byBarakIsrael

- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 109 reviewsWe had a fantastic stay. The staff were incredible, particularly Anna. The rooms are large and spacious with incredible views. The hotel is ideally placed with a local bus stop outside and loads of walking routes from the hotel. The spa facilities were unbelievable, even better than the photos. The 4 course evening meals were Michelin star worthy. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back!Guest review byBenjaminUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Superb - What previous guests thought, 191 reviewsLovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It was in a great location, just a short walk from the slopes, and the facilities, including the ski room and wellness centre, were all excellent. The food was also a real highlight with a fantastic breakfast buffet and daily changing menu. Full board was good value for money.Guest review byPenelopeUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 6.6Pleasant - What previous guests thought, 402 reviewsThe staff was very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. Our room was two stories connected by a very narrow winding staircase which the kids loved but wouldn't be great for a person with less than full mobility. I'm sure there are other rooms but just something to be aware of.Guest review byLeeUnited States

We quite liked the village - it felt nicer than most other villages in the surrounding area. This is because it is a bit bigger than most and has more traditional town layout (instead of being village lined out next to the main street). Architecture is mostly traditional, which gives it the right alpine village vibe. There is a good choice for places to eat and a decent SPAR store. Ski lift is nearby. It seems that every other house is a hotel or a guest house, so finding the right accommodation should be fairly easy.Guest review byJanisLatvia - 10.0
Colfosco is great for the views.
Colfosco is great for the views. Amazing if you stay in a place with a view of the mountains. Limited restaurant options. Blackhill was our favorite. The market in Corvara was better for groceries. The town is a good base for driving to some of the most popular hikes in the Dolomites. While my dad called it Cold-fosco, because we seemed to be getting more wind than some other towns in nearby valleys, It is also true that we had a pretty cold September all over the area.Guest review byWriterGuyColombia - 10.0

La Villa is a relatively small town near Corvara which is a well known large town. It is beautiful everything is slightly cheaper than Corvara and not so busy. The views are picturesque the restaurants are great and it’s not too far from passo Pordoi etc We recommend going in June or July before the chaos of August. It’s our favourite place to go and we will be returning.Guest review byLindaAustralia - 8.0

If you like a quieter and more peaceful place to stay in I would choose Badia. Corvara was quite touristy. Also unfortunately Corvara does not have a well stocked supermarket, there is a DeSpar but it’s quite sad. There are two bakeries which are nice ones in Corvara. Food options are mostly only Italian foodGuest review byGulzarIndia - 6.0

I did not really explore the locale ... struck me as not a huge amount to do - but I was very happy with the facilities at the Hotel Melodia. Lots of varied skiing - a car makes things very much easier than having to rely on local shuttles.Guest review byMr M to you.Malaysia - 10.0
Probably the best place to ski where we have been so far.
Probably the best place to ski where we have been so far. Large area, not too crowdy, slopes exactly to our taste (means blue and red :-) ). Well organised. Not sure where to park if you come late to the lift, but it was not our case.Guest review byAlenaCzech Republic - 10.0

The location of the town was perfect for our hiking holiday. Unfortunately we came at the end of the season and SC and neighbouring villages were very quiet. The free bus service was a great help getting around the area and even as far out as to Brunico. Eating out in SC was limited but a great find was the restaurant at the campsite of Sass Diacia.Guest review byAnonymousUnited Kingdom - 6.0

La Vall is a good destination for vacations, but it is not a good choice for skiing because it is far from the ski lift and the ski bus does not go very often, so the journey to the ski lift takes a long time.Guest review byJasminaSerbia - 10.0

Beautiful South Tyrol resort offering everything you need for any mountain activities you can imagine or just pure relaxation. With mix of old buildings and modern ski infrastructure this place offers true alpine ambient. On top of surroundings I really enjoyed local cuisine that is simple but based on natural local ingredients exceptionally good in every restaurant we had a chance to visit. My favorites were "Chi Cianeis" for lunch and "Plazores" for dinner.Guest review byWiktorPoland - 10.0

This small town is surrounded by Italian Alps which allow travelers to stay calm and peaceful mood. Convenient stores were available in the city center. It is easy to access to any hotel from main road to the edge of mountains. Location of this town is in between Ortisei and Cinque Torri which makes this town as stopover for a night for Dolomites pilgrimage. Of course, multiple night stay is also recommended. In summer time, air and temperature can refresh tired body and release stress. Highly recommendable with two thumbs up.Guest review byJamesSouth Korea
