The view from the room was very cool, and the room itself was unexpectedly nice. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall setting was very cozy. The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions. The professionalism of the hotel staff is exceptional. They are always ready to help and anticipate the guests' needs. I very much appreciate the help I received. Despite arriving early before check-in time, I just needed the correct type of cable to charge my mobile immediately upon arrival at the hotel after a long flight. On the day of check-out, they helped me pack and ship a box with extra items to the hotel near the airport, where I would stay until my flight back to Europe.

    This was truly an amazing stay and easily one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. Located very close to the train station, it was super convenient to access on foot, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The room was incredible, with a beautiful view overlooking the river—falling asleep to the sound of the water was so calming. We even saw fireflies while relaxing in our private hot tub, which made for such a romantic and unforgettable evening. The food was by far the best we had during our trip. Every dish came in a perfect flow, and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that free drinks were included! The staff were also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and even catered to our request for one meal to be seafood-free without any issues. There’s also a lovely souvenir shop by reception with lots to choose from. Out of all the places I researched in Hakone, this one offered some of the best value for money. The quality of the experience far exceeded our expectations, and I’m so happy we chose to stay here. It’s perfect for couples, but also great for families—they even offer private family baths for rent. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

    This hotel was my favourite from the trip. The room was huge and the bath was a dream! I wish we stayed longer as we only booked two nights but we know where to stay if we return! The breakfast and dinner also had lots of options and the toiletries & yukata provided were luxurious too!

    Location was ideal as its next to the cable car so we can travel to and fro from there. Taxi stand and Train stations was next to Hotel so transportation was settled. Room had a good view which on a good day, you can catch the view of Mount Fuji, so that was nice.

    Great place to explore and recharge at the same time. We spent only two days and would spend a few more days if we knew how great this place is. Plan your day early as everything is quiet after 5pm. The time spent travelling from/to places is considerably longer than any other places we stayed in Japan. We bought the Hakone 2 days free pass and is well worth it. Its a great place for photography enthusiasts :)

    We were attending a event in Kawasaki so that is why we stayed there. We didn't really do much sight-seeing in Kawasaki. We liked that the city was only a short train ride to many other cities like downtown Toyko and Yokohama. We enjoyed the many shopping and restaurants around Kawasaki Station.

    Kamakura has lots to offer if you like hiking and water sports. I did a hike to the great Buddha and also went for a run through the city and on the mountain. The wind was perfect for wind surfing and having a nice time on the beach.

    Atsugi is a lovely smaller town & I was fortunate to be there during their festival weekend, fireworks included. The people are incredible friendly & helpful. If you hire a car & able to drive up into the mountains well worth it. It’s not as busy & not as many European travelers being off the beaten track.definitely a slower lifestyle great food experience.

    Our stay was excellent for me, location is near to public transportation (train) good restaurants are walkable and convinient stores too. The entire hotel is clean and offers good, delicious breakfast. Room was clean. Comfort room is kinda small but clean. Everything is excellent for me except the bed and pillows are not so soft.. because I was expecting a very soft pillows and bed but aside from that I enjoyed staying there. Staffs are so accommodating and very helpful too. I definitely recommend this hotel and surely I will come back here in my future vacation in Japan.
