The location was fantastic in one of the best areas to explore. Only a few stops from Yokoyama station and also lots of restaurants in the area. We loved the facilities on the premises, especially the laundromat and the communal lounge and dining area. Overall the hotel was a great surprise.

I didn't realise this was newly built. The location was great, my friend and I got to see parts of yokohama we never saw before. The staff were nice and very helpful. The view was stunning. Although it can get windy. We saw lots of young couples staying there. Everything in the room was easy to use and understand, and everything kept very clean. Our room had the exact same view as the lobby area with the waterfront. We are definitely coming back to stay here from now on.

There were two options for breakfast (continental and japanese), both very good,and the personnel was amazing: very friendly and helpful.     We had the tatami room. It was a great ryokan experience. The apartment was very spacious with separate bed room and living room. Bathroom and toilet were also comfortable and spacious. Decoration of the room was also great. Service we received at the reception was above world-class. Avalability of all kinds of baby equipments, i.e. bathtub, chair, clothes, shampoos, etc., at the reception was a great surprise. Breakfast was also plenty and of good quality. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a great ryokan experience at affordable price.

    Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff was exceptional, the service outstanding. Breakfast was an amazing selection of traditional and western which made my 6 yr old extremely happy. They also had great accommodations for the kids. Special robes and utensils and even kid slippers which was so appreciated. The onsen in our room was just a dream. We really did not want to leave, everyone of my family of 5 was sad to leave!

    Yokohama is a great city.

    Yokohama is a great city. We took the train from Narita airport, which was easy and quick.The harbour and park areas are breathtaking We had 3 days, could have had an extra day. Transport by bus is easy with information given by the hotel and cheap. Taxis not so much! There is plenty to do and see, especially if you like walking. The New Hotel Grande is right next to Chinatown, which was great for food, but the restaurants serve a lot of cold food, so you need to specify. If you go on a cruise to or from Yokohama, stay a few days before and do heaps of sightseeing, then relax on the ship after.

    Hakone is a beautiful region with accessible transport with beautiful scenery and beautiful views of amount Fuji. The onsens are very relaxing. Food is great. Hakone Yumoto station area has many interesting shops. Getting here is easy via Romance express, just under 90mins from Shinjuku. The region had became very popular with tourists. Queues are long at cable car, rope ways and cruise boats. Pace yourselves to allow time to unwind as well as enjoy doing the touristy things.

    We were attending a event in Kawasaki so that is why we stayed there. We didn't really do much sight-seeing in Kawasaki. We liked that the city was only a short train ride to many other cities like downtown Toyko and Yokohama. We enjoyed the many shopping and restaurants around Kawasaki Station.

    Very nice city, plenty of historical sights, shopping, restaurants. Make sure it is not a national holiday though, the local train was absolutely packed! Many people make the trek to ride the nostalgic Enoden Electric Line, a fun trip along the coast but crushing crowds on a Sunday before a holiday.

    I like Fujisawa very much.

    I like Fujisawa very much. The people there are very friendly and helpful, the city is green and very clean, i enjoyed eating wonderful Japanese food everyday during my stay at Fujisawa. i also enjoyed the ocean views during my visit of Enoshima and learned more of the local culture and history during my visits of several great Temples near Hase and Kamakura.

    Atsugi is a lovely smaller town & I was fortunate to be there during their festival weekend, fireworks included. The people are incredible friendly & helpful. If you hire a car & able to drive up into the mountains well worth it.     Our stay was excellent for me, location is near to public transportation (train) good restaurants are walkable and convinient stores too. The entire hotel is clean and offers good, delicious breakfast. Room was clean. Comfort room is kinda small but clean. Everything is excellent for me except the bed and pillows are not so soft.. because I was expecting a very soft pillows and bed but aside from that I enjoyed staying there. Staffs are so accommodating and very helpful too. I definitely recommend this hotel and surely I will come back here in my future vacation in Japan.
