Absolutely amazing view from the room, and the room itself was beautifully japanese style and very large. Awesome with a private onsen on the balcony. Very very friendly and approachable staff fluent in English, they gave good recommendations on hiking trails and shopping.

View out the window to Miyajima was gorgeous. Loved the room with both beds and a futon tatami area. Breakfast was great. Heaps of options, fresh and yummy! Onsen was lovely! Shuttle bus from the station was great and timetabling of it was great for us to get in and out of town.

First it’s new year eve night that we planned to stay here. We’re worried about the shuttle bus which available until 18.00. But the hotel gave us special service shuttle bus for the new year eve night to go to the jinja from 11.30-2.00. Thank you very much. All the staffs are very polite, helpful and very warm welcome. It was sooo spacious. Perfect location, would have stayed longer if we could have
