I liked the property because it is accessible and that it is near a mall. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable overall. The dining area is very nice and offers a view of Nairobi. Security is good which added to the safety I felt staying in the city. Good breakfast.

Everything about the property was top class including the very friendly courteous helpful staff everywhere. Classy interiors spacious rooms bathrooms with Spanish tiles and both bathtub and shower cubicle. Good toiletries. Good quality coffee and tea in room. Lots of extra water bottles. A very nice gym and a lovely short skywalk. Great plush bed and pillows. Had a wonderful night’s peaceful sleep. Great breakfast spread and a top notch steakhouseTHE HIDE. I haven’t tried their Indian restaurant. Special thanks to Joan at reception David the bellboy Francis I think the trainer at the gym and Stephanie at the steakhouse. If I ever come to Nairobi again I would definitely stay here. I wish the hotel lot of success

The beautiful garden and nice swimming pool. The private cottage was also really nice. In the evening they brought a jiko to warm the house a bit. Although it wasn’t very cold it gave us very cosy moments.

Everything was great. We loved our first stay after arrival so much that we booked a second stay at the end of our trip. The way we were welcomed by Shadrack and his team (Nelson, Julius and Jacinta, among others)on arrival, the top service we received all through both our stays. The flexibility of the staff whenever we needed support, for instance, with having a bite when we arrived at 1AM in the night because of a flight delay. Watching giraffes, ostriches, etc right from the hotel room was a surreal experience. One made even more spectacular because we had brought our Vortex binoculars. The rooms and facilities were really nice and the fact that you can freely go to the rooftop of their sister hotel gave us the feeling of even more freedom. I personally really liked the atmosfeer that is a result of the type of fellow guests that were also present. Nice crowd. The food and drinks are excellent too. Ask Julius for his mixed chai. Yum! Really delicious bacon too. Yum! Yum! Oh yes! and of course, very efficient location if you don’t want to drive long to or from JKIA. Will be back!

I had a fantastic experience staying at your hotel. Despite a slight delay with customs and luggage collection at JKIA, the shuttle driver, Philip, patiently waited for me—thank you for the exceptional service! The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport, and upon arrival, the night staff at reception gave me a warm welcome, making me feel right at home. Their support and kindness truly stood out. After a long journey from Washington, I was exhausted, but the meal provided was excellent, and I had a restful sleep in a wonderfully comfortable bed. Everything I needed was available, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciate the assistance from both the hotel manager and the shuttle driver in helping me sort out a SIM card at the airport. Their support made a huge difference, and I am truly grateful. Thanx once again...

I liked the smart apartment, fast wifi, clean and secure environment around which gves you peace of mind during your stay, close proximity to all amenities, i.e shopping mall, hospitals, restaurants, airport, Narobi game park, etc. The only advise is to travel before peak hour as the traffic will be slow.

Safety is the best of Karen.

Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

I was overcharged extra money [Ref:AB22D31B0F23: Dear , MPESA Paybill transfer of KES 5592 to NCBA Paybill Account-488488 and account 3227370026 was successful.MPESA Ref:RLM0WDR2KG.Price was hiked immediately we arrived at the facility. The duvets had human discharge.Dirty stain . Am sorry I can't recommend anyone for this kind customer mismanagement entity. Booked one bed room house bt got a airbnb, this was just a surprise to me.

Nairobi is such a mixture of people and things to do. We visited Karen Blixin museum and the slums as well as the giraffe manor and elephant sanctuary. The National Park in the middle of the city is stunning. Traffic however is a nightmare and the roads often in a state of disrepair making moving around a challenge.

Syokimau is a great place to stay, especially for families who have kids, there's easy access to almost everything, supermarkets minimarkets, hospital and clinics, petrol station, everything needed for household can be gotten around. Just that the road (KAtani road) was very busy when I stayed because another road was being fixed so everyone had to use Katani road.

I had a great time in Nairobi. Love the people. They are so welcoming and accommodating. Loved the food . My only challenge was the language and the traffic jam at certain hours and crossing the roads in some areas. The driving is "fast and furious". Its easy to get around Nairobi with an Uber and a couple of touristic sites to visit like the Nairobi National Park, which is good for nature lovers. The masai market for souvenirs and handicrafts.

The place is spotless and neat.

The place is spotless and neat. It has fast WiFi and a nice desk to work. Also comes with smart tv with Netflix and the bathroom is excellent and modern. The place is surrounded with a beautiful well kept garden creating a serene environment. It is close to all amenities I.e Gateway mall, hospitals, night clubs, JKIA International airport and is even close to Nairobi national park. It also comes with a well kitted kitchenette with microwave & fridge. Home away from home. Fantastic room accessible via elevator with 24/7 security for your peace of mind.
