We had booked three nights to stay at Ratanakiri Paradise Hotel and Restaurant and we stayed for seven .. I think that says it all! It is a little bit of paradise with an owner who is very warm, welcoming and goes out of her way to make sure her guests have the most enjoyable stay. The accommodation has AC, the rooms are clean and comfortable with an en-suite bathroom, a hot shower and bathrobes; the rooms have all the facilities you really need. The staff are very attentive and the chef cooks excellent meals from a varied menu. The portions are extremely generous and you certainly wont go hungry. The hotel is situated off the beaten track and the road can be a little challenging, but it’s worth the journey as the views and the gardens are beautiful, tranquil and away from the maddening bustle of a city. It isn’t far from the city and a number of waterfalls .. we filled our days and evenings with a mixture of chilling at the resort and exploring, so it is a perfect location for all your needs. It is extremely good value for money and we would recommend you stay here if you are in this area of Cambodia.

Fantastic gem in Ratanakiri. Greatest place that I stayed during my travels in Cambodia. Highly recommended. I am coming back. Beautiful bungalows set in a lovely garden. Great food and wonderful staff.

An excellent place to stay if you want value for money. Central location, clean enough, cheap rooms and reasonably priced 1-7 night treks to The national park. We did a 2 night trek which was tough but rewarding. The owner joined us himself. His cute dog came too. Owner can handle any bus tickets etc. and they have a water refilling point.

The man of the farmhouse can speak very good English and he tells you a lot about his mushroom farm. The room and bathroom are very clean and there is also a mosquito net. You can also eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at the farmhouse which tastes delicious.

Simple and pleasant homestay. Ideal starting point for jungle trek. Pov, the owner, can organize a trek and accompany you. You want to walk, a little, a lot, you prefer to stay at the waterfall or other ... just ask, the trek is yours. Sew, from the Kacha people, will be your guide and will show you everything that is useful and edible in the jungle. The best meals we had in Camboge were prepared by Sew and Pov in the jungle with plants from the forest and freshly caught fish. When you leave Sew in his house at the entrance to the jungle, you're not just going home, you're also leaving a part of yourself in the jungle. Unforgetable experience

If I could give Tribal Village Homestay 11 out of 10, I would. Delightful ensuite bungalows in exquisite gardens, excellent food available all day & evening in the charming restaurant/bar. Smey (the host) has excellent English, is a mine of information and he and his lovely family went above & beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, being attentive without being intrusive, and unfailingly good-natured. I was privileged to engage with his students at his free school (I volunteered), which was winderful as well as fun. Many day trips on Smey's motorbike (I don't drive) tailored to my interests (history, Tribal art & culture, nature & wildlife) both on and way off the beaten track ensured that I leave - very reluctantly- with a host of memories of once in a lifetime experiences. All homestays should be this good!

Amazing famille, they are so nice and friendly we arrive for the birthday of bee there son and they invited us for the lunch. Nita and her husband took care of us book trek for us cook et spend a lot of time talking with us and drinking beer. If you are close to bee bee's chalets home go there it will be a amazing experience with the children who play with us all the time. Thanks for everything bee bee family

the location is not in the centre, but in a very beautifull green garden the bungalow was very nice with a balcony in the garden excellent couple running the guesthouse- great hospitality
