Hotel is so very good standard, well decorated, clean and comfortable. But the heart of this place is in service, manager and another employee who works in the reception/customer service in general. They are so lovely. Manager was taking care of us for the whole time, he made and upgrade for us, we got much bigger room. He even put our flag in the reception (as we were first guests from Poland in this hotel) which was very nice. He is always ready to help his guests with everything which is amazing. We felt like at home.

Very chic hotel with tasteful decoration and luxury reception area. The rooftop pool is a plus and the food in thw hotel, was very tasty and very large portions. Excellent place for families. Has a free washing room, which was a great plus.

Great reception personnel, very efficient room cleaning personnel (we stayed 5 nights without any negative surprises), great cleanliness, great breakfast (western+local), great location if you rented a car which is highly recommended, lovely pool and the personnel was kind with us (contrary to some other reviews apparently? Just adhere to their rules and it will be fine :) ), buffet and breakfast restaurant personnel were very kind and also attentive to allergies, fancy welcome box upon arriving for check-in with tasty goodies inside, great location for families and kids (to avoid if you don't want kids around). Keep it up!

I love that this hotel has a strict smoke forbidding everywhere, even on balcony it is not allowed to smoke. That’s absolutely fantastic!! It really make sure that everyone who stays there can finally enjoy the fresh good air. Thank you so much for protecting your non-smokers guests in such a caring way. We also love the pools and food. As others have said, the owner and his wife were so lovely and thoughtful and always went the extra mile. We didn't have a car but managed buses well and one day, they passed us waiting and took us to seogwipo. A beautiful nature reserve at the bottom.of the property thar leads to the sea. My husband walked to jungman for surfing. Lots of lovely eateries a shott drive, 40 min walk or uber. Breakfasts were yummy! .

We liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay! It was one of the best hotel experience in a long while. We liked the calm and relaxing vibe of the hotel, the decor, the size of he room ( it was really comfy and spacious), the view, well, everything! The staff really takes care of the guests and the property.
