Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great — there are many places to eat and walk around nearby. I especially want to highlight the amazing front desk staff — Mhmd and Layal were absolutely wonderful. All staff is amazing and very helpful, the hotel is very modern and quite. Breakfast is rich and delicious. The front desk from Ali , Rita ,Rima, Zeina to all the staff in the hotel including the manager Khalil Zeinah are super .

I love everything from the location, which gave me quick access to different parts of the city. I loved my room which had a balcony, so I could sit out there and chill in the evenings. I loved that there was always a movie playing in the lift so you could watch something whilst making your journey up and down in the lift. Most of all, I loved the staff who were always available to help with changing currency, providing me with directions and just generally being there for me. I'd especially like to give a big shout out to the front office team, Terry, Selim, Barri, and Romy, for all their help during my stay. They were never too busy to stop and ask how my day was going or if they could help me with anything. A fantastic team indeed!

The stay was very wonderful, the reception staff was wonderful, all the staff were friendly and helped us a lot, especially Mr. Jean Kiwan - Front Office Manager, who provided us with multiple options for accommodation. The room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the sea, and the room services were excellent.

I've stayed at this hotel four times and have always enjoyed my stays. This is a classic older hotel with charm and character. It's in a great neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Lebanese breakfasts are delicious. The wifi works well. The quietest rooms are on the upper floors.

Beirut is a beautiful and lively city full of history, good food, and friendly people. Our family really enjoyed walking along the Corniche and visiting the cafés and shops around Hamra Street. The atmosphere was welcoming and safe, and the people were always kind and helpful. We ate at several nearby restaurants, including Crepaway and Barbar, both offering delicious Lebanese dishes at good prices. Getting around Beirut was easy — taxis are available everywhere, and most places are close to each other. For families with young children, the seaside promenade and nearby parks are great for evening walks. We also enjoyed short trips to Raouche Rock and the marina area. The only downside is the traffic during rush hours, but it’s manageable. Overall, Beirut is a city full of charm, energy, and warmth — we would happily return again.

Beirut is a great city to visit. Exciting nightlife, friendly people, lots of yummy food, cool events happening regularly. You will need a car to get around, but there is a new public transportation system (buses) with an easy-to-use app.
