The jacuzzi is big and fits 2 people comfortably. The living room was spacious, my friends came over and we were 5 people sitting. Also the heaters worked perfectly as the temperature outside was very low.

We had an incredible time in Beirut; we felt right at home in Beit Toureef. The owner was incredibly kind, waiting for us for over two hours late at night because our flight was delayed. The rooms are clean, lovely, and charming, and the location is the best, surrounded by cafes and delightful shops. Can't wait to come back!

Fantastic breakfast, great big comfy bed, excellent pillows. Great service, friendly staff as well as the cleaning staff. Beautiful pool, Art everywhere, perfect location in the center but in a quiet little street a little 'hidden'. Would loooove to visit again! 11/10! TIP* If you are there... you should def. look for the little pet they have hidden in the garden, he's very cute and social.

Buffet was nice. There a big choice of dishes for breakfast and fresh juices for self-serving. It was cosy place to have a breakfast, especially in the early morning when it was practically empty from guests. Very comfortable room with wonderful balcony with plants and glass sliding doors.     I stayed at the urban garden for 5 nights in a bunk bed in the ladies only dorm. The whole place is absolutly spotless, well kept and cared for. Well done to the cleaning team, not easy job and they doing it great! The bed was super confy and the shower with good pressure and very hot. Every evening i would find fresh tea and typical sweets in the common area which i believe came from the hostel. Nice touch! The restaurant is lively and to my surprise food was excellent and not overpriced. All staff including cleaning staff had a very good to perfect english. At the reception which is the first point of connection between a guest and the business i met Houssam, what can i say. Extremelly professionally, easy to talk to, very accomodating and above all he cared. He cared abt the clients and about his work - a rare thing these days. I must add that all staff at reception were great and very helpful but Houssam had to be mentioned for the honest care i felt. Absolutly incredible person and worker.

    The staff were amazing, always there when you need them and so kind. Let me tell you, the view was the best. I have the most beautiful picture of a sunset. I thought the location was amazing so close to all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay at Lancaster Eden Bay next time I visit Beirut. Thanks team for a wonderful experience. I won't mention any names because everyone was AWESOME.

    I’ve been in Beirut for 6 weeks! Don’t stay for long in Hamra or at Corniche. Get a hotel for a few nights just for the beach or pools and the view. But go and stay at the area Gemmayze or Ashrafieh. Hamra is just dirty and touristic!

    My Beirut is slowly recovering, and this trip felt so much better than when we visited two years ago. The country feels more stable, and you can sense a beautiful energy of resilience and hope in the air. The Lebanese people, as always, remain incredibly warm, welcoming, and excited to work, carrying their unmatched hospitality with pride. The bars, restaurants, and food are still on another level .. truly better than anywhere else in the world.
