Everything about this boutique hotel is stunning! Greeting at the front desk, availability of staff, warmness of the hotel and its amenities, offerings.... from drinks, meals, breakfast (which is a separate story of abundance and delicious home made choices), spa and sauna and massage.... My visit was during not typical season, begging of March, with poor weather conditions in Zabljak, of rainy and chilly days - but the hotel with its coziness made up for the weather. Room was spotlessly clean, warm, with comfortable bed.

Very nice and staff. All of them were so polite and helpful. It was great to stay there for 4 nights.

It was clean, comfortable, spacious and cozy. They were really nice to upgrade us to a studio suite with a nice view. Also the staff was really nice especially the receptionist.

A lovely place to stay. Everything is nearby and easy to reach, whether it's the main attractions, restaurants or beautiful nature spots. The hotel is cozy, clean, and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere which makes it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The staff are polite and welcoming. Excellent location, lovely views. Niklaus (the host) and the entire crew were very helpful with directions, suggestions for restaurants etc. Great amentities in the chalet - fridge, hot plate, washing machine, coffee machine, mini oven, toaster (no microwave). Inflatable hot tub with a view! Spotless accomodation with thoughtful gestures like a welcome bottle of wine and many little touches like warm robes, slippers etc. We stayed in Horizons -1 which had its own driveway and was the chalet with the best view. Chalet is about 7-10 mins drive from the city centre

Everything was perfect! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Very cozy little houses, just like on Pinterest. Every detail is thought out. Usually this type of accommodation is very compact, but these houses are spacious and have enough space. The hostess lit the stove for us. I was worried that the stove would stop burning at night and it would get cold, but that didn't happen. The houses are well built and the heat is retained perfectly. There are also electric fireplaces, if it suddenly gets chilly. The houses are very atmospheric and the views are simply stunning!

The house looks brand new and very well planned. It’s very comfortable and the view is amazing! You can find everything you need for a long stay there. The owner also prepared a welcome snacks for us which was highly appreciated after a day of hiking. We’ll definitely try to stay here again when we are in Zabljak!
