I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Really modern and well kept rooms. Nice bathroom. At night they light a firepit which gives it an overall really nice vibe. Location is convenient, near the center. Will definitely come back but now with my kids and my dog.

Clean and spacious room which looked very fancy (like the rest of the hotel). Bathroom had a bathtub (additionally to the shower), just in case you want to take a hot bath. :) Staff was very friendly. Wifi was good. The in-house restaurant was good. There was parking on site. Would stay there again.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Throughout our stay, we felt ourselves as very dear guests, and we really wanted to thank the team of the hotel for their attitude and assistance. A special thank you to the restaurant manager Javier, who was super nice and always willing to know how we were and if there was anything he could help us with. The territory of the hotel is fantastic: very green, cozy, and tranquil. The same can be said about the rooms: excellent equipment, very comfortable, and stylish. Breakfasts – very savory and of high quality with a good choice of dishes (a wide variety of Mexican traditional ones) not to get bored if you stay several nights. We stayed 4 nights and wanted to prolong our stay for more, but it was the end of the vacation anyway. Thank you very much. We highly recommend this place and dream of coming back.

Loved everything about this hotel! Everything has been updated since the last time we were here. The bedroom was spacious and clean, very comfortable for our family of 4. The kids were really happy they had an awesome play area. The amenities were great, the pool is heated so even if its cold you can use it. The restaurant is really good, had an amazing breakfast buffet! There was a spa, but unfortunately didn’t get to go, hopefully next time for sure!!!

The pyramids are timeless. The town is nice, but not exceptional. Tourist services are mostly bad. It is a very nice little town but I go mostly for the massages which are great and the best spa is Shangri La on the main street. The food at the Rancho San Diego is excellent and the location superb.

The Holiday Inn, we stayed at after a late flight, is part of the Felipe Angeles airport, the main airport of Mexico City for domestic flights. It is 45 minutes by taxi from the center of Mexico City. Taxis in Mexico City are excessively expensive, and sometimes charge fraudulent rates. Using Uber is a better option, but at airports they aren't allowed (on federal property). Perhaps a hotel somewhat more distant from the airport would be a good solution: a short trip with regular taxi, then Uber from the hotel to downtown or to the International airport (Benito Juarez).

WE went with one purpose: to see the Monarch Butterflies.

WE went with one purpose: to see the Monarch Butterflies. We were careful to plan our trip to include a sunny day as that is when the Monarchs fly around. If cloudy or overcast they tend to roost in the fir trees and just look like dried leaves. WE had a car so drove to the reserve and took the horses 1/2 way up and walked the rest of the way. The trip was very difficult and I would not recommend it to anyone who has mobility of breathing problems. We were rewarded with seeing thousands of them flying around int he sunshine. An Amazing experience. After the butterflies we returned to our hotel and the next day took it easy, having a massage and going into town to look around. In town there is a very fine crafts museum that is well worth seeing. We stayed one additional day in hopes of visiting some nearby pueblos. However, we were told there were no pueblos so we just wanders around town for another day. We should have cut the trip to 3 days. Warning: the roads in town are narrow, steep, and cobblestone. VERY narrow and difficult to drive over. Take care.

It’s Unbelievable to see an actual Pyramid!

It’s Unbelievable to see an actual Pyramid! The experience of seeing these pyramids and the temples is not the same as watching them from you living and watching it on your TV! But because of the pandemic no one was allowed to climb up the pyramids, we were disappointed. However, were able to stand next to it watched it touch it and take videos and pictures!We walked around for more than a mile and even though it was a long hike and a lot of walking l, it was tiring, but it was really really worth it and a a scenic wonder!!! I want to do it all over again!!!

It is a great town to visit and great food. We enjoyed restaurants like Mexico Lindo great food, and also El Delphin great seafood. Beautiful drive around the country side and also visited Tonatico a magical town with a great ice cream palor - Manhattan

This is a clean Holiday Inn and well appointed.

This is a clean Holiday Inn and well appointed. Staff is great! Great location right next to the airport and very easy to walk to the airport. It is not a hotel you want to stay in for a week. It is a hotel that is perfect for an overnight stay on your way to somewhere else. It is the only hotel next to the airport and this airport is way out of downtown Mexico City.

Valle is a great place, I go often.

Valle is a great place, I go often. The only problem right now is that the whole downtown area is under construction. Be aware of this before you go, I am sure once the construction work is done everything will be fine.
