During our vacation my husband has broken his leg, and this was the only hotel which provided us so much support that I was shocked. They provided us a wheelchair for free, helped with the luggage, always helped with elevators, dining etc. Very friendly personnel, great room (spacious and comfortable), good environment, close to the center. IHG is my favorite holding, I am now sure that they really care about their guests.

    Excellent Amazing Vibrant city with outstanding contrast, if someone wants to do raw shopping , can visit chinatown or central market and if someone wants good shopping malls, he can go to KLCC , pavilion or TRX. U can find many amazing local food that tastes amazing as well. Getting around the city is no problem at all. Just use “Grab” app or “Bolt” and enjoy. People here are also very tolerant of foreigners and are generally caring and good. Overall it is an amazing city with lots of beautiful places to see and visit and amazing food to try. Will definitely be returning again and cant wait to see more places apart from Kuala Lumpur.

    The Twin Towers and the park behind the towers were good...

    The Twin Towers and the park behind the towers were good especially the light show on the lake after dark. Went up the KL Tower and the views from the top are spectacular' We used the cafes and restaurants around the complex we were staying in as after spending 7 weeks travelling we wanted to relax somewhat. We did walk around the area but found it was difficult to figure out directions with the street maps we were given. We are no young so spent time by the pool and only doing limited sightseeing. We did go to the Batu Caves and managed to climb the steps but were disappointed with the general look of the area which was dirty and run down.

    I've been living in KL for 13 years, from 1994 to 2007. Everything has changed a lot since then. Could not recognize the developments since I left in 2007. Everything was very positive for me and my family. Will go back to KL soon again.
