Beautiful interior and facilities are top notch. The best hotel gym ever and it’s not even just a hotel gym; it’s a proper 24-hour commercial gym that even has Stairmaster, rowers, a squat rack, smith machine, etc + complimentary free flow of water for guests! Service is so incredible; there’s even welcome drinks and the staff are so lovely and friendly. The views from the rooftop bar and restaurant are SPECTACULAR. Room’s also super clean and spacious - the blackout blinds are the best!

Not the true definition of a penthouse you would typically aspect. The 1st floor of the unit was modest with only 2 small rooms, a tv lounge/dining area and a kitchen. Through a narrow staircase to the 2nd floor Skydeck which was equipped with jacuzzi, shower, fridge and seating areas. Our unit was Penthouse 6 which face westward with view of KL Tower and Jln TAR in the distance We were having a birthday party which was ideal spot for the occasion. The Skydeck was really awesome with nice view of KL. However, it rained almost all evening with dense fogs in between limiting the nice view of KL skylight and the usage of the Skydeck as it was partially covered. So we end up in the small space of the living area downstairs (10 adults and 3 children) eating pizza and stuffs Kitchen was well equipped with large fridge, washer/dryer, cooker top and oven. The children enjoys the jacuzzi with warm water and adults lounging on the deck. Nice small café downstairs with tasty sandwiches

We were there at 12noon and requested if we could go to the pool side and the Front Desk was so nice, they got a room ready for us instead :) Our room did not include breakfast but had a chance to have one - there was varieties and we had a hearty meal . Location was super convenient - it was not towards the front but we could go anywhere like Pavillion within walking distance. We also enjoyed the local coffee shop selling seafood. Truly enjoyed ourselves and wills stay at Dorsett again - We have to say the new filtered tap water is fantastic and the hot water pressure was a dream to shower in .We loved it

The best thing about this hotel is the peace it serves us. Very quite. Accessible for handicapped too. Except for duplex. We stayed for a short 2 night stay.

We stayed for a short 2 night stay. Had booked the Hotel for 1 more day since our Flight arrival was in the morning and we were scheduled to reach the Hotel by 9am. There are many a tourist attractions from loaded Malls, KL Tower, Pavillion Mall, Petron Towers, Batu caves, Aquarium, Museum, etc. and we also took Hop-on Hop Off for a scenic tour towards evening with the whole city/High rise towers well lit up. However, We would advise to tour around the city avoiding Office Hours, to avoid traffic jams. Must stay for clear 4 days to explore many other newly come up attractions.

The tours i booked were excellent and pick up and drop off were punctual. KL is a bit daunting to get around for first timers. There are an abundance of restaurants all close to each other. I enjoyed the Batu cave and city 4 hour tour. Also the 10 hour to Melaka.

From our location it was easy to access most popular tourist places by public transport and monorail around the city. It is an easy city to walk around and the overhead covered walkways from one area like Bukit Bintang to Petronas Towers was excellent. People were helpful if you asked if you got lost or wanted directions. Train to city sight seeing and other places and lots of tours operate for 1/2 day or longer. Grab (like uber) is easy to access to go places. Lots of great shopping places, very clean and always felt safe. Plenty of choices available for food from fast food to nice restaurants. Restaurants were very reasonable if you did not go high end.
