Had an excellent time at this hotel. The view from the 51st floor, the pool and the skydeck were amazing. The breakfast spread was huge. Definitely the highlight of my Malaysia trip.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredible, so friendly and nothing was too much bother for them. Absolutely faultless ! Would 100% recommend staying here. Location was also great, only about a 20 min walk to the Petronas towers and main hub. A fabulous place to stay !

Genius benefits got us upgraded for free to Thinker Two Type 2 which includes 2 bedrooms. Location: It is a 10-15 minute walk to Kerinchi or to University station. We prefer the University station since we get to pass by a mall. In front of the hotel is Food City, a food hall with lots of food choices. Breakfast Food: Breakfast food was limited and minor food changes were made during our stay. It was not a big matter to us. Amenities: We got to use the laundry which costs 10 ringgit each for washing and drying. The gym and game room was also nice! The pool and the view was great, we swam every day of our stay. Room: Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable, a small kitchen was provided which was very useful to us, TV was working and has youtube and other apps. Bathroom size is adequate with shampoo & body wash included (no dental kits). The view was great too! Overall, It may be quite far from Bukit Bintang & KLCC (as a tourist), but we wouldnt think twice and we'll book here again on our trip to Kuala Lumpur.

Beautiful beautiful room! Room 1311. Booked the family room for 2 nights, 8 and 9 Feb 2025, after suffering for a night in one of the worst hotel. Walked there from the worst hotel in about 10mins. Checking in was a breeze, breakfast was meh but acceptable. Room is clean, air is clean, sheets are clean. Was able to request for an additional towel although the room caters for 4 adults, I had my child who is co-sleeping on the double bed. Room is spacious and renovated. This specific hotel has been standing for more than 20 years (I think), they also did their renovation and the rooms were refreshed. I stayed here during my honeymoon back in 2009 and come back here again with my 3 children 16 years later. Children said hands down one of the best hotel that we have stayed and to continue staying there every time we visit KL. Receptionist was friendly, all the staff that I interacted with was good. They were all smiles and was very calm when talking.

There was Mr yugen at reception when I had reached late night and I had an issue with taxi and I was really tired Mr yugen went out of the way and helped me out I really appreciate it and hope he will progress in his life and keep up the good work as he does always, also good HR team who finds like this faithful employees , hope Mr yugen gets what he deserves and management will look at his efforts, once again thank you Mr yugen . We stayed for a short 2 night stay.

We stayed for a short 2 night stay. Had booked the Hotel for 1 more day since our Flight arrival was in the morning and we were scheduled to reach the Hotel by 9am. There are many a tourist attractions from loaded Malls, KL Tower, Pavillion Mall, Petron Towers, Batu caves, Aquarium, Museum, etc. and we also took Hop-on Hop Off for a scenic tour towards evening with the whole city/High rise towers well lit up. However, We would advise to tour around the city avoiding Office Hours, to avoid traffic jams. Must stay for clear 4 days to explore many other newly come up attractions.

The tours i booked were excellent and pick up and drop off were punctual. KL is a bit daunting to get around for first timers. There are an abundance of restaurants all close to each other. I enjoyed the Batu cave and city 4 hour tour. Also the 10 hour to Melaka.

From our location it was easy to access most popular tourist...

From our location it was easy to access most popular tourist places by public transport and monorail around the city. It is an easy city to walk around and the overhead covered walkways from one area like Bukit Bintang to Petronas Towers was excellent. People were helpful if you asked if you got lost or wanted directions. Train to city sight seeing and other places and lots of tours operate for 1/2 day or longer. Grab (like uber) is easy to access to go places. Lots of great shopping places, very clean and always felt safe. Plenty of choices available for food from fast food to nice restaurants. Restaurants were very reasonable if you did not go high end.
