The location was easy to get to, and close enough to things that we could walk to dinner, stores and enjoy a stroll. It was only a few minutes drive to the town centre. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the hotel itself was absolutely lovely and well designed. The room was comfortable with good beds and cold air conditioning. The rooms were also very clean and the main common areas were clean as well. Breakfast was also absolutely delicious.

Absolutely gorgeous little hotel, the garden lobby literally made me gasp as we walked in. Stunning. Fantastic staff at reception, nice bar. Pool was great. Breakfast delicious. The connection to the education project was the icing on the cake.

Beautiful historical property one block off the main rambla. Staff very friendly and speak very good English. Parking available around the corner for $4US/day. Our room was located right off the pool so a little noisy in the evening with people sitting around chatting. Four choices available for the included breakfast , excellent fresh juice! No restaurant but staff gave us very good suggestion for good restaurants near by. Good airconditioning, good hot water, great wifi.

Very convenient location, easy walk to Granada Cathedral. Gaby & Toby, are great hosts - they took care of every details to ensure that we had a comfortable & enjoyable stay in Granada. Our double room is spacious, very clean, faces a garden and we opted to have the air conditioner on for a reasonable extra fee. Breakfast was good enough to start the day and were always delicious. It was so much more cheaper to book a tour with Gaby when you are at the hotel. We took the depart-any-time 2-hour Lake Nicaragua islets tour and thoroughly enjoyed it! Snother tour we took was Masaya volcano. Ask Toby for advice before heading up because poor weather or wrong wind condition will obscure your view of the volcano vent. Ask for Mr Antonio, il Padrino's assigned driver, he is very kind, patient and a real gentleman. We took his car from Managua airport to the guesthouse. Our experiences at il Padrino were excellent! Highly recommend this guesthouse, it is so well run, Toby speaks perfect English and they understand what travellers want.

Everything about this place is wonderful! We loved our room, we were upgraded to a room on the upper floors and it was just gorgeous. The pool is very refreshing after a day exploring the city. The location of this hotel is right in the heart of all the great spots - around the corner from the chocolate museum, the garden cafe, the cathedral, the convent. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and sweeter. Breakfast was yummy. It feels like a true boutique stay whilst still keeping their prices reasonable.

The food was amazing. The bungalows were perfect. I was surprised how cool it stayed in there during the day. The location has trails you can explore. My wife and I saw plenty of monkeys while exploring. Additionally they offer a night hike which is really cool. Lastly this is a great place to stay if you want to do the crater hikes.

The place is amazing. The views are incredible. The cabins ate cozy and trendy. The food is gourmet. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Service is at the level of perfection. All of this makes for a unique luxury experience. Coming back is a must if I ever visit Nicaragua again!

We loved everything. The apartment has a great location and really nice facilities. We could have spent a lot more time here because the full kitchen with everything you need made all the difference. Early mornings or evenings on the roof terrace were wonderful too.

beautiful hotel, big and light rooms, fantastic patio, and the staff is so nice and tries everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. the ladies there cook the best breakfast we’ve had. The pool and atmosphere is also very relaxing.

Granada is a beautiful and safe charming city . Situated in the center of great activities , like day trip to Monbacho , La Laguna Apoyo , las islatas and Masaya . I would recommend at least 3 days on the spot to enjoy fully .

A beautiful colonial town that has a lot of charm and is still very quiet and safe. It is still very budget-friendly and has the potential of becoming the next Antigua, but hopefully for the benefit of local people and without the gentrification and increased prices that are much too common in towns like this.

The location of Casa Bubu is so great, close to the center, clean and quite neighborhood , we enjoyed walking to the cultural center of Grenada, had several dinners at Pita-Pita, and NM Culinary Granada. If I will go again to Granada I would definitely stay at Casa Bubu.
