Location is great, you can walk within 5-10 min to the main places in Granada and you are at the same time a bit away from the noisy downtown at night sometimes. Granada is a pretty colonial town allowing easy access to Lake Nicaragua and an hour and a half drive to the Southwest to hit the beaches of the Pacific Ocean.
