The hotel was set in large landscaped grounds with the rooms spaced apart from each other. There was a swimming pool with a bar area and a restaurant. The room was very luxurious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

It's a perfect place to relax. Situated directly at the lake you'll just grab your towel in the morning and go for a swim. You could just relax in one of the hammocks as well or grab a kayak which is included in the dorm price. People working here are super friendly and speak quite good English as well. Dorms are spacious with a big ceiling fan. Every bed itself has a little locker, lamp and fan. Bathroom with cold shower but due to the daily heat that's been alright. Breakfast (pancakes with fruit) is included for the dorm rooms. They offer lunch buffet and feature a bar. For one dollar you could get food delivered for dinner from the neighbouring hostel Paradiso as they do have an agreement with their kitchen. You can use the communal kitchen and cook yourself. If you wanna do that come prepared and bring your food as the next real shop with fruit and veggies is a taxi ride away. They do offer a meet and greet dinner with a set dish during the week for bout 8,50$ (7,50$ veggi) which is a great way to get to know the others staying here and the only food they offer for dinner.

It's like a little oasis in a volcano! The property is big with lots of hammocks, swimming dock, kayaks, birds everywhere, perfect spot to decompress. Staff are friendly, drinks are tasty, kitchen is decent, I will definitely come back for a longer stay!

I didn't like it at all. It was the most expensive hotel I paid in Nicaragua, and it has the poorest service. The price did not go according to the facilities and customer service.
